House Cleaning reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

I called yesterday for a friend who whose husband had just died and we needed to get the carpets cleaned before her grandchildren came into town. The staff were so helpful and arranged for Jeff to come that very afternoon. He was wonderful! Very professional and so helpful. The carpets look like new and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Very impressed with the level of service, honesty and professionalism provided by Ryan of Steamex Eastern!
He came out to clean our carpets yesterday and did a fantastic job.
Took the time early on to explain things to me and then proceeded to work his butt off for over two hours to provide great results. When my wife came home to discover the difference in the carpet, she was equally impressed.
We've had other carpet cleaning companies out for service and they pale in comparison to Steamex Eastern. I wish I had found out about them sooner. Prices were reasonable and the dedication to get things as clean as possible on our older
carpet left us with a "money well spent" experience. Ryan is
a trustworthy, hardworking individual who represents the
company in a stellar way. He's knowledgeable about his craft
and was respectful and thoughtful in describing the work that
was about to take place. He also had a good way about himself with a good sense of humor. In today's world, you're often disappointed in the lack of pride and service provided by companies when they come out to do work in your house.
Not the case with Ryan and Steamex Eastern. It was like going back in time when companies worked hard for your business and did the best they could to do to provide excellent service and went the extra mile to make sure their customers were happy.
