We had a very disappointing experience with this carpet cleaning company. From the start, they used aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics that made the person we had watching our house while we were on vacation feel extremely uncomfortable. We were shocked to find the final cost was nearly double what we had originally budgeted for.

Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning was just as bad. When we returned, the carpets looked exactly the same as when we left—none of the stains had been removed, and instead, there was a sticky residue left behind that made the carpets feel worse than before. It’s clear the job was rushed and not done thoroughly. The technicians took less than 45 minutes to clean the carpets in our home.

To make matters worse, they have completely ignored our follow-up emails and calls. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. We do not recommend this company.

Update: Troy reached out to me and I got him the information of my fiancé who scheduled the carpet cleaning. We were given an option of a second cleaning or a refund. We chose a refund and that was issued this past Monday. I appreciate the attention to our concern.

We had two services. Carpet cleaning and grout cleaning. The grout now looks like the day the tile was installed and the carpet is beautiful. The technician did a phenomenal job.

I had 5 rooms, a stairway and 3 chairs cleaned. One basement bedroom had brown spots under the bed. There were no signs of a problem beneath the rug. Their enzyme treatment and steam cleaning took care of the spots. The bed skirt will not be reused to allow more circulation under the bed. The 30 year old chairs required dry cleaning; and the colors looks better. However, as predicted by the tech before the treatment, not every spot was removed. The tech was knowledgeable, explained various options; and the job was done in less than two hours. However, all of the furniture was removed. One bedroom carpet has a history of not staying flat, so their carpet stretcher will be coming tomorrow. Very pleased with the scheduling process and cleaning services.

Scheduling with the office was very easy. They gave a ballpark figure of what to expect as far as cost. Kevin came today to clean my carpets. He was very personable, and did a fantastic job. My carpets look so much better. Thank you.

Ryan the tech that did our duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning was wonderful. He was on time, friendly, helpful and clean. I reccomend Teasdale Fenton.

We had our carpets cleaned this morning by a gentleman named Charles. He did a fantastic job, he was very thorough, Took his time, answered all my questions and gave me all the information that I needed to make sure the carpets dried properly. The carpets look brand new!!! Also, Nikki, I believe was her name and Lindsey in your customer service department, were also incredibly helpful. Looks like you’ve gained a customer for life!

Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job, and also provided information about carpets, upholstery fabrics, etc., when I asked him.

Took a runner in with stains they were very quick, reasonable and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with how well our couch turned out after being cleaned.

Also let me say that Teasdale Fenton did all the right things to provide great customer service. You responded promptly to my online reservation with a phone call saying you couldn't do it at the time I requested but offered times you could. You followed up with emails and texts. The technician called to let me know they were 10 minutes away. The technicians were friendly and professional and did a fabulous job on our couch. Almost looks brand new for a 13 year old couch!

I have used them several times and have always been satisfied with their work and their price. I can't believe that the review posted 8/24/25 is true. I talk to someone every time I call. They must be calling in the middle of the night.

Excellent job cleaning my area rugs. I initially had another company come and clean the rugs and one rug in particular looked worse! This other company said it was the best they could do because the carpet fibers were damaged. Well Randy came out from Teasdale Fenton, took the very large rugs by himself and returned them in near new condition! Randy said CJ worked diligently to restore my rugs. I am so thankful to both Randy and CJ. I thought I was going to have to replace the rugs, but now they look great! I wish I had before and after photos to show you, the difference is dramatic. Its hard to see in the photo what a good job they did.The spots in the photo are just the sun shining in my windows. I will definitely be using them regularly.

Teasdale Fenton did an amazing job on my tile. The color seal made it look brand new! I highly recommend them and had a seamless experience from beginning to end.

I was more than satisfied with the quality of service I received from Teasdale Fenton. I have a large, wool braided rug that needed cleaning. They picked it up & returned the rug on time. Both times they called in advance to give me a heads up when they'd be arriving. The rug looked great! I would highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs.

Your company is the best of the best when it comes to carpet cleaning and affordability. The carpet cleaner was professional, Friendly and efficient. Five stars for you!! I would never use anyone else! 👍

I have never seen carpet and upholstery left as wet as the way they left mine. After 8 hours it is still soaking wet. The worst part is leaving it that wet has caused numerous ripples in the carpet which will now need restretched.

Josh came to my house and cleaned 3 rooms. He was very knowledgable and very curtious. I would definatly recommend him for anyone. Thank you so much and I appreciate your great customer sevice. Wonderfull experience.

I had my sectional cleaned and protected. They did a fantastic job. The couch looks and smells like new, which is a feat with two dogs! I'm impressed, and their pricing was great!
