Although she was almost an hour late, which I get because she came from Amelia and only being one girl when I was told two, this young woman Johana was fabulous! The reason for 4 stars has absolutely nothing to do with Cory or his service he provided today, but rather when I was paying for the work. I’m not understanding why anyone is being asked to tip on your paying service device. Stanley Steemers is a huge business. Making millions, pay your employees their worth! Asking for tips in addition to what someone has already paid, and that is literally their job is insane. Do better with that Stanley Steemers.

I initially called Stanley Steemer to inquire about availability and pricing for cleaning our carpets and the process was very easy and streamlined. I was pleasantly surprised with the affordability and quick availability (within 48 hours of my call). Our technician Nathaniel was very thorough and asked if we had any concerns with staining or odors, and made smart suggestions onsite for future cleaning and maintenance. Our carpets look fantastic! Will absolutely be using again and would highly recommend.

The process of making our appointment online was very simple and straight forward. We received updated texts on various occasions about our appointment as well when the technician was on the way. We own 3 dogs and 2 cats and all the pet hair and stains disappeared.

Milo was our technician and was very professional and laid back. Though we never signed up for a deoderizer Milo offered it one time and when I debated it he let me know why it would be helpful and was informative and not over bearing.

All in all, we will be scheduling an appointment in the near and specifically requesting Milo for the job.

Royal showed up early and on time. Very nice young man. He did a tremendous job and worked diligently. Did a great job so I wanted him back to do bathroom tiles. Thanks Royal . . . Great job! Kathy

They showed up and were very friendly. They made me feel like part of the process and would stop to show me tips on what not to use while cleaning the carpets. They did a final walk through to make sure everything was up to my standards! Would highly recommend the ‘007 !

Brent was great! He was friendly, fast and professional! He truly brought the carpet back to life before our family moved into our new home! And the deodorizer was such a great touch! It smells amazing in here!

Corey was excellent! Had my carpet & furniture cleaned today. He took the time to make sure he got out stubborn stains on the upholstery & made my carpet look brand new again! He even checked periodically during the process to make sure I was satisfied during the process. He was polite, respectful & hard working. I will definitely be a return customer & recommend their services!
