He was very Professional in Knowing His Trade,I was Impressed How He was Explaining How The Solution Works On Certain Material..Me Being A "Chemical Operator He Kinda Struck me On his knowledge of what he was Using..I was Damn Near getting ready to tell His to Come fill out An application Where I'm Working Lmbo 😂😂 He was that Good 💯💯

Travion did an amazing job. I have used Steamex Eastern for many years and I’m not going back. This was so much more thorough, including grooming the rugs and getting the cat hair out that made the rugs look brand new. I appreciate such a great job.

Terry and Caleb were absolutely amazing. Some of the pet stains I didn’t think would come up but they got them up and can’t even see them anymore. They were hard working, professional and a delight to work with. Thanks guys.

Our Stanley steamer service man, Logan, showed up exactly on time. He explained everything to me completely before he began, and then he took very great care to clean all the carpets we had asked to be cleaned. He was incredibly polite, and it was a great experience. Would highly recommend Stanley steamer to anyone who wants a great job done on having their carpets cleaned!

Milo was very professional and courteous. He did a great job cleaning the floors. The carpet looks brand new! He offered suggestions on maintaining the carpet. The entire process was easy and straight forward. Highly recommend!

Cody and Adam came out to clean our ductwork which we’re fairly certain has never been cleaned in our home. They were fantastic. They were punctual, courteous, professional and fun to talk to while they worked. Both of the guys were extremely thorough in their work and I noticed on multiple occasions they showed the same respect for each other as they did for our home and my children and me. In my book that kind of working relationship says a lot. I absolutely recommend Adam and Cody if you need your system cleaned. They did not leave a trace of themselves when they were done and I absolutely feel like we received quality work for what we paid.

Terrance did a great job on my couch. He showed up within the time frame and got the entire jon done in 30 minutes. He was very courteous and polite and professional. Couch looks new again

Milo was great to work with! He listened to my concerns and helped me understand and feel comfortable with the services Stanley Steamer offers so I could choose the best options for my home. Milo was very careful to not track back on what he had just cleaned. There were some tough stains that might not be permanently gone but they did an amazing job helping me understand why they may resurface in the future and what I can do to try to avoid that. Working with Milo and Stanley Steamer was a pleasant experience and I would use them again and recommend them.

Milo was the best! He’s a nice guy with a good attitude. He did an outstanding job on a carpet, which was a mess after a party. He called when he thought he’d be late, but got here with no problem. This was his last call of the day, and he was energetic and showed no sign of having to working late. I will request him next time, although he may be promoted by then. He’s good!

Best cleaning service around. Extremely professional and affordable. Very trustworthy, they found a 18k diamond ring that had been lost for months when performing service and immediately gave it to me. Was so thankful and surprised. Highly recommend

A well run carpet cleaning business! The results were fantastic as our carpets are older but in great condition which showed after the thorough cleaning! I will definitely use again.

This is our second time using Cincinnati Maintenance for cleaning our furniture. We were happy with the outcome of our furniture we had them come back to do our carpets and our furniture again.

Jamie and Jamie did a good job, were friendly, and gave extra advice to keeping our furniture and carpets clean. Jamie worked a little extra on some light stains. Much appreciated. I will ask for that team next time.
