Cincinnati Maintenance did a great job of cleaning the carpet on our steps and in our hallway and also with cleaning our loveseat. The two young men arrived early, were friendly, worked steadily and did a great job. The carpet and loveseat look as good as new.

We had Cincinnati Maintenance clean our dryer vent. They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond by replacing the flexible hose between the dryer and the wall. This is the second time we have used Cincinnati Maintenance for this service and both experiences have been fantastic.

It's rare that I feel strongly enough to write a review for a company, but Cincinnati Maintenance was exceptional and I'll be recommending them as much as possible. Every step of service was excellent. They came out for a quote quickly and it was clear they were very knowledgeable. I had company visiting the following weekend and they got our floor cleaning scheduled to be completed asap. The crew that came to do our laminate and carpet cleaning worked hard and the results were incredible - you can see from the before and after photos attached what a difference they made.

Cincinnati Maintenance has cleaned my carpets many times over the years. I am always impressed by their workmanship and courteous technicians. They went over and above this time with an especially challenging issue. Thank you!

I was looking for a new carpet cleaner and found Ohio Maintenance on Yelp because they had good reviews. They were very friendly, came immediately and took 4 long wool runners that needed a lot of cleaning. Communication was excellent and my rugs were returned spotless and odor free. The price was great, too! A++++. I will definitely be using them again!
