Lucas did an amazing job and I highly recommend him. He was very detail oriented. He did a great job on the windows, but also the framing of the windows that catch so much pollen and gunk. His pricing was excellent and the best we have had in years. Lucas is a great value for the hard, thorough work! We will definitely use him again in the future!!

Lucas from Crystal-clear Window Cleaning did an excellent job on my windows today. I called him on a Tuesday and he came on Thursday.
I was so pleased that he got me scheduled so fast. I was worried about my pond which has fish in it and he made sure they keep safe. My flowers were all safe too.
He even did my skylights. I rate him a 5 out of 5. I will sure use him all the time.
He was so polite to me which means so much.

Lucas and the Crystal Clear Cincy guys did a wonderful job with an inside and outside cleaning of my house windows. The results are truly « crystal clear » - my windows look awesome. The only thing keeping my review from being 5 stars is that they left behind a bit of dirt on the inside sills and floors after putting the storm windows back in after cleaning. I’d certainly call them again, though, because their work was great.

The employee did a nice job cleaning the windows (inside and out) and screens but there was some confusion with cleaning the window tracks. He did not know they were supposed to be cleaned until I informed him and he immediately cleaned them. It was unfortunately a rush job and he missed some areas. I let the owner know and he immediately came out to rectify the situation although he missed a few spots as well.

Lucas does a great job of explaining everything he is going to do. Follow up to make everything make sure everything has been done properly. Great service!
