Over 360 Google ratings and still have a 5.0 rating, I really don't think I need to say any more. But I will.
I used them to clean wall to wall carpet, a standalone carpet runner, and grout and tile cleaning, all in one day. They were courteous, informative about what they were going to do, and efficient in doing it. Everything turned out great. I would recommend this company to anyone. The owner came out and made the estimate, and talking to him was a real pleasure. The people he sent made sure that we were happy before they left. Super company!!!

Had dryer vent cleaned by Jesse and his assistant. While here, I asked for a quote to have shower grout cleaned. They will be back for that!

We contacted Cincinnati Maintenance on short notice to clean our home carpets. We have dogs and a lot of wear on the carpets. Joe and Wade were friendly, professional, and efficient. They did an exceptional job cleaning the carpets and they cleaned up as they went along. We are very happy with the job they did. 5 stars!

As always, technicians were on time , professional, answered questions fully and did a great job cleaning our carpets and spot cleaning our sofa.
Jesse also suggested onsite cleaning and rotating our two area rugs to prevent spot wear. We would have never thought to do rotating since we had always had wall to wall previously.
Their cleaning solutions have no appreciable smell so nothing lingers in the air after they are finished.

Eddie and his men did an amazing job. Gave us a quote that we were happy with and they took care of some extra work we added on. They made sure the floor was clean before they applied the wax. We were very happy with the final finish and the follow up they offer to maintain the finish.
