This is the best carpet cleaning service we have ever had, and we have tried all the familiar ones in Cincinnati. I can’t say enough good things about them. The carpets look great. They moved heavy furniture and placed blocks underneath when done. The guys were friendly, professional, and explained the products they use. Their heavy duty scrubber really did the job. The carpets dried in several hours. Very, very pleased. Will definitely call again.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The cost was certainly reasonable. The technician was professional and willing to answer all questions. I feel the service was excellent. It also gives me peace of mind to know our dryer is free of lint. It was good for us that this company was recommended by another company that we trust.

Eddie, Jessie did a great job in cleaning my 20 year old carpet! It was either a great clean or a rip out! I’m glad the rip didn’t happen. 90 minutes or so the job was done and out the door:)

This is a very professional service that does not leave soap residue on the carpets. Therefore, the carpet dries faster and does not need to be cleaned as often. They are more expensive but worth it.

I loved the service i received today. I had my dryer vent cleaned. They called before they came and asked if they could come early. I was very pleased about that. They were so nice and explained everything to me before they started the work. It didn't take them very long at all. I would highly recommend them and i will definitely use them again.

From Eddie’s quotation process to the cleaning staff and their incredible work I can not say enough good things about Cincinnati Maintenance. Love how amazing my carpet looks!! The two young men who worked at my house were courteous, hard working and respectful of my furniture. It was a wonderful experience and I will recommend them to others without hesitation.

Another excellent job by Cincinnati maintenance. They were able to remove several stubborn carpet stains fairly quickly and at a reasonable cost.

I’ve used this company before to refinish vinyl floors at some of my multi-family properties in Cincinnati. Today was the first time I used them for stairwell and hallway carpet cleaning in these buildings. They did an Amazing job - one of my buildings the carpet was so stained I was already planning to replace it but now I can drop that plan - just gotta clean them more often!! Great company !!

We had the carpets of our new house cleaned before moving in and the whole experience was great. Getting a quote was simple and pleasant and we had a day to think on it. The cleaners were free 45mins early for our appointment and they finished 30 mins faster than was estimated. Altogether smooth and pleasant process for clean carpet!

From the woman, who answered the phone, scheduled the appointment, and presented the quote, … to the two person team who visited our home and cleaned all of our flooring and stairs, they were an A+ team. Throughout the entire process, They were friendly, very knowledgeable about cleaning techniques and products, very efficient and professional in their work They are fairly priced and honest about what’s needed. Prices are reasonable and work quality is excellent! They will come back this week for additional services. I will refer to other family and friends who need maintenance and cleaning services.
