The whole process was very easy and fast! I was able to make an appointment on line and have my rugs cleaned within twenty four hours! Joshua did a fantastic job. I will definitely use Stanley Steemer again!

Had our basement carpet and kitchen ceramic floor tile cleaned today by Stanley Steemer. Antonio was the technician and did an excellent and outstanding job by first assessing the areas, detailing the work he was to perform and providing pricing. When the job was complete, I was more than satisfied with the carpet and tile as it looks brand new. Antonio went above and beyond and provided outstanding customer service. We will continue to use Stanley Steemer for our carpet and tile cleaning needs....and will specifically ask for Antonio moving forward! Greatly appreciated his attention to detail and customer service mindset.

Josh was fine, no issues. I do have an issue with whoever scheduled the appointment. I wanted the same Technician I had before. I specifically asked for him and was told he was available and could be there on Friday. I said great. But that is not what happened. I don't like being told the person I am comfortable with is coming and then he's not available and someone else shows up. I have a program where I get 3 cleanings for a reduced cost and I have one more left. Probably won't continue after my last cleaning.

Tony was excellent. He was on time and showed up well prepared. We did a walk through of the areas to be cleaner. He explained the steps he would be going through to take care of all the spots we had. Our steps leading into the basement look like brand new carpet.
