Oak was very nice and professional. He found our problem and fixed it quickly. He seemed very knowledgeable about the system. We are grateful for Oak and most definitely for having heat again!

In the midst of this spell of freezing weather, my month old furnace decided not to give heat. I am grateful that Cole was assigned to evaluate and repair. He arrived promptly and was very thorough in identifying the problem and getting it corrected. He did and excellent job and I appreciate having a warm home once again.

Setting the appointment was easy. The communication before my appointment was helpful. Drew (very nice and professional) checked and corrected an issue. He then checked my heat pump as part of the visit.

So happy you had an open appointment. I WILL call you again if I ever have an issue.

Had them come in and check my ducts. They found several issues that they fixed as they went. With that done, I had them come back a clean out the vents. The noticed that my vent overs didn’t have anchors and remedied that, showed me the dirt and debris that they got out as well. I highly recommend them! I had One Hour Heating & Cooling out for my yearly furnace inspection and maintenance, and they also installed a defrost thermostat on my outdoor unit. Jason Bingaman was the technician who handled everything, and he was outstanding from start to finish.

Jason was extremely professional, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He explained what he was doing, answered every question without rushing, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. On top of that, he was great with my pets and genuinely amazing with my kids — patient, friendly, and just an all-around good guy to have in your home.

It’s rare to get this level of customer service anymore, and Jason delivered it effortlessly. I’d absolutely recommend One Hour Heating & Cooling, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Jason as your tech.

Our experience from start to finish was simply amazing! They were incredibly informative with each part. They explained everything thoroughly and the install was very smooth. They really do know what they are doing and definitely know their information. Thank you for everything you all did!

Every single person that came out to our home was respectful and listened to our concerns. We were having ventilation issues but our AC unit was running fine so it was a bit out of the norm. We had the system looked at by another HVAC company who gave us costs a few thousand dollars higher and didn’t do as thorough a job at explaining and setting expectations.
Bobby came out to our home and was super respectful and knowledgeable, my husband had a lot of questions and he answered everything. Not only that but he had us an estimate that day and installers out to look at the system to confirm what could be done within 3 business days.
The installers were able to get to work that day and address our concerns SAME DAY! They put down floor protectors and cleaned up all messed created from the work. The installers themselves were also respectful of the house and knowledgeable walking us through the system.
We had another gentleman come out the next day to move our system away from the wall for better airflow. He was very helpful and respectful of my garden that was right next to it even though he had to pull up some brick to set it up.
Overall we will be using this company again and I am thrilled with the service. (Also they were very nice to our cats and dog) 😁

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Cody and Ron were prompt, thorough and did a fantastic job with duct cleaning. Although it wasn’t the cheapest estimate I got, was very glad I went with this company. Didn’t try to upsell anything, the estimate provided (for free) was exactly what the final bill was. Checked the dryer for free since it didn’t need service. They provided some helpful advice for the future on our furnace and humidifier. We were very happy with the services and would definitely hire them again.

After having several bad experiences with other providers, Kenny was honest, fair and quick to diagnose and solve my AC issue. Super appreciative of the fast response and honest guidance. He was willing to walk me through everything that he was doing.

My service technician, Bobby Pence, was right on time and very quick and thorough to determine the issue with our furnace.

Our heat stopped working on what happened to be the coldest day of the winter and Bobby was able to get us back to a nice warm household within an hour. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and I would highly recommend Bobby to anyone.

I know that, going forward. I’ll be calling Bobby for my regular air-conditioning and heater maintenance.

Cole is a wonderful representative of your company. He took the time to explain everything to me. He's very polite and friendly. He even liked my dog . I would recommend Cole to friends and family. I told him when I'm in need I'll call and ask for him . Thanks 😊

This is our 3rd experience with this company ( not for a lack of knowledge or great service)…The techs that have come out are exceptional, they are knowledgeable and offer great service, they are thorough, they offer a checklist of current and potential issues to help avoid future issues. We have been thoroughly pleased with their service. We highly recommend.

I had a very good experience with your services. My service person, Jason A, was on time, very friendly, and readily helped me out with setting up the thermometer I was having problems with. He was focused on his job, was very timely and efficient, and explained all he had done and saw during his inspection/

Drew and Devon were amazing! Very friendly, respectful, and efficient. They explained everything perfectly and was allot to get my furnace up and running again! I'm very grateful for that!

You guys did an excellent job. My heat went out in the middle of the night and you were able to get here the same day to make sure it was back up and running. I was lucky and it only needed a reset and filter change. I was only charged for the technician inspection, super fair and super affordable. I will likely be signing up for their maintenance program for future issues and cleaning.

Bart Richards with One Hour did an amazing job. Called this morning and he was scheduled and out just a few hours after the call. He came in and quickly diagnosed the issue. He drew up an estimate and quickly got to work. After troubleshooting the issue, he then continued to check everything else on the unit and complete his service call. He was thorough, professional, and very kind. He explained everything clearly and as this isn’t my field of knowledge, he took the time to educate me on what happened, outcomes, and other troubleshoots for me to know if something arises. 100% using this company going forward for all our hvac needs.

Cody, Joe and Payton were all great. Very friendly and professional. My outlets needed to be added on the wall not in it and it all looks great. I’m very happy with the work that was done. I’ve been needing electrical outlets in this room for years!!! I would recommend them. I may have other jobs for them as well.

Michael came out right away for a second opinion service. He was very polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice. I would recommend Michael and One hour heating and air for sure!!

You know how most service technicians will show up late? Well, in this case, I was the one running late and my tech, Devon McCormick, was kind enough to wait for me. Not only that, but when he realized the part we needed was in stock in a nearby warehouse and it would save me a trip back down to our rental property. He ran out and got it same day to fix the issue.

Devon’s commitment to me as a random customer, his knowledge and ability to trouble shoot, and willingness to go the extra mile have made me a customer for life. This man not only deserves a raise, but a promotion so he can teach others what it means to be excellent.

Give this man a raise!!
