Im writing this review while I've currently been on hold 9mins. Add that with my call yesterday I was holding from Springboro to Mason,, yea about a 20min ride on hold.Just imagine the unseen revenue that HANGS UP AND SHOPS AT OTHER LOCATIONS! I Know I Did...!
