A good company, they are serious about hiring people, which is unusual these days. Good service as well.

I was in their building looking for another office, and I asked one of their employees for directions. Her name tag said Melony. She was incredibly rude for no reason at all. She was seriously so nasty that I got my phone out and started recording.

If you want a company that parks in the middle of two handicap parking places completely blocking the ramp, use these people. While that is the trash pickup guy's choice, he represents the company.

Every time I call, I get nothing but attitude. I have questions about important things and every single person except one guy has gotten an attitude with me. I can’t imagine having a job where the customer service is trash. Hire some new people, because the people you currently have suck.

I am a victim of identity theft & someone is working with my info through this company. I have contacted HR Oriana Nava to get the issue resolved. I've only been able to speak to her ONCE. Other than that they always get my name & number because she's busy but I never get a call back. I've left her messages as well and still no call back or update to anything m when I spoke to hr all they asked for was my name and number as if the person using my social was also going to be using my phone number. I have dealt with this many times with different companies and never had this issue.

Jancoa cleans a building for us and I get updates every week from Kayla. She's WONDERFUL at her job and I appreciate how she communicates. If there's ANYTHING extra I ask of her, she responds immediately with enthusiasm. I recommend this company and will continue to use them for all our needs in this area.

I believe there should have been some investigating of what was truely gonna happen with the last property instead of making me feel like they did as far as saying I got you if anything happens. And then the minute it did, because I was standing up for myself and they did t not want that him to have her, is is negligent. But she knows it also good

This company used my Social Security number without my consent to hire another person. This constitutes identity fraud. I am already taking the appropriate actions. I strongly recommend that the company review and improve its identity verification processes.
