I highly recommend this company! They are the cleaning service for a company that occupies 3 floors in the building that I manage and all of their employees are pleasant and care about the quality of their work.

Just a waste of money, time and efforts. I’m saying efforts cuz I had to clean the entire apartment again after they had left. They did absolutely nothing. They just waste time so they can charge us for free. They take hours to clean for a tiny apartment. Beware. Don’t waste your money.

Fantastic cleaning after getting plaster work done in our home - it went from super dusty to super clean. Very satisfied with the quality of the work and the friendlyness of the staff.

if you need surfaces wiped down then use this service. if you want a deep cleaning, or need cleaning that requires scrubbing or a little elbow grease, then this is not the company you should use. Basic cleaning supplies were used. i had to call them back out because certain areas in the house was missed ,such as , window seals, windows, spider webs in plain view and was left hanging in the corners and on the wall. totally unacceptable. my linoleum in the kitchen was ripped from the refrigerator being moved and her solution was to glue it or cut out a section and glue a piece back in after acting as if she didn't know about the tear. All of this was going on and her concern was payment of the invoice which did not include any discount or compensation of the torn linoleum or the poor service in general. I am having to go back and clean the shower in which she said they were unable to clean after paying hundreds of dollars to do a moveout clean. i will never, ever use this service again. She is only concerned about the money not the poor job that was done. Totally unprofessional.

I have utilized this cleaning service multiple times to restore lived in apartments back to their move in ready state. I’ve never been disappointed with this company’s commitment to detail. Perfectionist Cleaning did an outstanding job Cleaning our entire Restaurant from top to bottom..
There were alot of difficult spots on the floor which seemed impossible to clean. Not a problem for Whitley and Perfectionist Cleaning .
The only Cleaning services I would use period..

The Epic house had the pleasure to meet these great people. Great work. They did a great job esp Temple she was very friendly and good personality. Ms Whitley was Great to work with awesome personality.

I contacted her Saturday morning
Asked if she could clean for a job less than 4 hours
She said yes
Knowing what the normal rate for commercial cleaning I didn’t ask for a up front price
She finished in 2 hours
Sent me a bill for $485
Said 300 for job and a 150 same day service charge
This was never discussed
Then I told her that I guess I learned the hard way
And it was explained that Monday invoice would be sent to the office for processing payment
Tuesday morning she texted me asking about status of payment
I told her that the office wasn’t able to get to processing it on Monday but it would be on Tuesday
That was at 11 am
At 2:30 she was at my job site inquiring about payment from my customers
This isn’t be respectful or Business like after being told she would be paid on Tuesday and her bill was processed on Tuesday and paid for

The job she did was fine
There were a few things missed but nothing to complain about
But the on business like manner of collection on commercial work is not tolerable

Upon completion, they perform a final walkthrough and ask if there’s anything they could do better.
