They are not just better, they are the best. Roy White is the hardest and most conscientious worker I have ever known. He and his crew took down two large pine trees that were dying in our back yard. There was not a single scrap left in the yard. They have also performed landscaping and mulch service at our home, and several of our neighbors who have seen their work have hired them. I highly recommend Better Tree & Lawn Service LLC! We definitely will be hiring them again!

We started using Upscale Landscaping last year after a two year unsuccessful relationship with another landscaping company. I will say that our yard has never looked at her and the quality of their work is unmatched. The amazing difference between upscale and other people we’ve used in the past is that they actually listen to what you want and perform it at an incredibly high level of expertise as opposed to cutting corners. We work with Ricky Crowell and he has been a tremendous asset to our relationship. Ricky‘s communication skills are fantastic and he listens and responds an executes in a timely manner. I can’t recommend this company highly enough as they are by foreign away. The best landscaping company we have ever worked with in our 30 years of owning our home.

We went to Upscale to get a cubic yard of topsoil. We paid and had to wait over 40 minutes to get loaded. Had to go in and get the manager just to get the soil and he halfway knew how to use the loader. WORST LANDSCAPE SALE IN THE CITY!!!

After cutting grass they never blow off your steps and blow grass on my car every time i have to go blow my car and walkway off when they leave. They ignore you when you try to speak nicely to them but I don't think they speak English

We have been customers for five years but yesterday their pros cut down our 3-year-old and 5-year-old our pollinator garden beds and when they realized their mistake, left their mess and drove off. We've been trying to get a response either phone, email, text, or now social media for over 24 hours and it's crickets from them. Strongly recommend against them.
