James (and his crew) were professional and knowledgeable and were willing to do our project to our satisfaction! I will highly recommend Upscale based one our experience.

Upscale Lawncare came in and and re-did all my landscaping and removed 5 trees and stumps. They were always on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I v’e had the pleasure of working with Chris Gum and his team at Upscale on two different sides of the spectrum; One as a project manager, and more recently now as an owner of my own company.

I was a project manager for a large local asphalt company and we used Upscale for snow removal and salting our customers parking lots. Chris was always the first to respond with urgency to get all the customers done orderly, timely, and most of all safely!

More recently we installed a floor coating in their show room /office. There willingness to assist us in anyway possible to make our process go as smooth as it could is why working with his company as a contractor and also a customer becomes my first choice for any commercial and residential Landscaping and Snow removal needs!!

Upscale lawn care is the best in the business. Their owner Chris Gum is a very nice owner and hard-working man who values his employees and his customers and providing that upscale look to everything he does. Chris also goes out of his way to take care of people in a pinch when they need something done with long hair or tree work or hardscaping also the mulch a lot has really good pricing and top notch equipment I would recommend him for anything that you guys are thinking about doing to your lawn or flower beds snow removal etc

This was our second season using Upscale Lawncare and I couldn't be happier. We are very please with their service and attention to detail. They are quick to respond to our needs. Excellent landscaping company. Very good at hardscaping. Beautiful patio spaces, firepits, lighting. What many people don't know is that they have been working with a team on swimming pool installations for years. If you're thinking about getting a pool installed, give them a call. They have a landscape architect who designs their custom pool spaces.

I had a small landscaping project that involved replacing some dead boxwoods along my front walk. The crew arrived on time and were very neat. I applaud Upscale for a job well done.

Upscale did a tremendous job on our home. When we bought the home it needed an entire new landscaping design. James from Upscale worked with us from start to finish to make sure the design was what we wanted, it was all done timely and professional. We also did a lighting design as well to uplight the home. I saw one of the company trucks with a trailer driving down northbend rd, very recklessly. Submitted to the dash cam video to cheviot PD. Please alert drivers to be safe at all times and not put other lives in danger!
