Called for service and the person on the phone wasn't very helpful. Couldn't tell me how long it would take for service to be completed. Very unprofessional and rude when I asked questions.

Associate wasn't very consumer friendly. Rude and just seemed as if he shouldn't have been there. At least they had the part I needed.

Very pleased needed a specific mower and they didn't have it in stock found one for me at another dealer North of Columbus had it in a,week and the salesperson was friendly and kept in touch with me letting me know everything about it I would recommend them to any one good price too

Had my mower over 5 weeks. When I took it home started mower pto couch fell off they didn't put bolts in took it back to Schwab they tightened new bolts in got it home used it part of one time it's broken again with original problem I will return it a third time Tuesday????

8 years I decided to purchase here instead of a box store because I expected that the service would be more personal. I have never been disappointed. Thank you.

Tried to sell me a new leaf blower because mine was junk.charged me for a part they didnt replace and would not refund me the money.Be carefull if you have to rip someone off to make a buck you should just shut your doors.The son is the crooked one..Apparently your dad built a business you are ruining..good luck with being a theif because thsts what you are!

Been shopping this location for over 45 years. Flowers, as shrubs,trees,bushes and All yard supplies. The lawn mower and tractor store and service department is yhe Best on tbe west side of Cincinnati!😎

DO NOT TRUST SCHWAB! They told us our wide power driven lawn mower needed $500 worth of work because of a blow head gastic. We knew it started before they took it. So we had it bought back and had someone else look at it. NOTHING WRONG, it just needed blades sharpened and oil changed! What a SCAM!

Complete disclosure, our families are related back a few generations. However, service and staff are professional and knowledgeable. I have bought a Toro commercial mower, Stihl trimmer parts, and most recently a Stihl pole saw. I would recommend without hesitation and often have.
