Very happy with the service Must provided from start to finish! The consultation and the recommendations were helpful and the crew did a great job installing the plants. Looking forward to working with them again in the spring!

We hired Must to clean up our yard after a renter left it unattended for who knows how long. It was a jungle! They did such a fantastic job cleaning out all of the garden beds and putting down new mulch so we can get the house listed. They were great to work with and charged a fair price. Will definitely work with them again!

They started a cleanup job when they said they would, and did an excellent job!!!!! They paid attention to all the little details, some I never asked them to take care of. 10/12/23 Another beautiful job done by Devon and Alesandro, employees of Griffin Must of Must Lawn and Landscape Company. They even planted my daffodils at the end of the project. These guys are super nice and ready to help. If you need yard work done, call Griffin Must. He runs his business professionally and is ready to tackle any project. As you can see by the pictures, the scale going down to the creek needed defining and the grass was always wet there. So we asked what would help it look better with less grass to cut. Now, as the autumn leaves fall, the ground will be a beautiful backdrop. The fun thing is I asked Devon to surprise me about where he planted the daffodils and crocus. I'll find out in spring!

Griffin Must has a wonderful lawn and landscaping business. His team, Dustin, Herbie, and Ryan were friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They did a beautiful job on our big yard (with many landscaping beds) doing spring clean-up. This job was so comprehensive with shaping bushes, cleaning up ground cover, removing weeds, removing and repurposing river stones in areas of our yard and weed preventative granules. On Griffin's recommendation we chose pine straw (needles) instead of traditional mulch that makes the beds look really tidy. We also use Must for our grass cutting. With their equipment they are getting the yard in much better shape than last year when we used a different company. If you want a business that listens, is on time, does what you agreed upon, an follows up after every visit to see if you're happy with the work they've done then call Must Lawn & Landscaping.

Hired Must Lawn & Landscaping to repair my yard & lawn. It’s was torn up after being dug through to run some underground piping. I must say, after they finished the job, it’s looks better than ever. Quick, easy to work with and professional. And I’m happy to say it was easy for me to hire them for more work this fall and next spring.

We recently had Must Lawn & Landscape LLC redo our flower beds and install new sod, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew was professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail throughout the project. The flower beds look fresh and well-designed, and the new sod completely transformed our yard. They kept the work area clean, finished on time, and were easy to communicate with from start to finish. Overall, they did an excellent job, and we will definitely be using them again for future landscaping projects.

The men who came out and raked a season’s worth of leaves out of my yard and beds did a fantastic job. They worked extremely hard the entire time they were here and left my yard looking fantastic. They took care to move patio furniture and make sure every leaf was picked up.

First-time client. I wanted leaves removed and Must responded quickly and cleaned, cut and trimmed the whole yard. Things looked better than I would have expected. The people who performed the work were friendly, respectful and hard working. I will see what other services that they offer may be a fit for us.

So interesting to read these glowing reviews when the honest experience of myself and my neighbors has been the polar opposite. I encourage you to think twice and get other estimates before engaging Must.
When his lawn crew shows up at dusk, after it's been raining for days because that's when the rain finally stopped, and speed-cuts in half-dark, well, it's not a great looking-lawn that results. Who the heck shows up to cut the grass when it's almost dark?
The evening this happened I was sick as a dog and I let Must know a couple days later the cut was awful and I wouldn't be paying for it. Griffin obviously has never heard the phrase, "The customer is always right" because he just wouldn't accept my dissatisfaction and write it off as lesson learned - that maybe it's not a good idea to cram so many lawns into the schedule/after the rain that the crew is cutting in the dark. 'd told Griffin Must at the time the cut was awful and I wouldn't pay, and he told me back that I didn't let him know right away, and of course grass grows so now a couple days later of course it doesn't look good. OK, so you expect lawns you cut to look awful a couple days later? This is the service you provide?
Just yesterday - 6 months later - I received an email to pay this "overdue" bill! And today, in the snail mail I received a paper invoice (first hardcopy invoice in 5 years) showing I owed hundreds of dollars which of course I don't owe and beyond that, there were no dates of service printed on the invoice. So Must bills disgruntled customers because they're that hard up for the $$$ and don't care about their reputation?
Here's the backstory for those who want a little more detail...
A few years ago I arranged for Must to mow my lawn as well as those of 4 of my neighbors - a nice piece of business worth around $3000-4000 for the season.
From the start, Must's billing system was a nightmare. Invoices are sent out piecemeal after services and expected to be paid immediately. If they're not paid within a few days (7? 3?) a threatening follow-up email arrives to the tune of YOU"VE GOT AN OVERDUE INVOICE. I and 2-3 of my neighbors requested an invoice be sent once a month, showing all dates of service, but Must couldn't handle that. Their customers are forced to accept their inconvenient emailed billing system which only accepts a credit card online for payment, as far as I know. Don't recall other options being offered.
Expressed our concern about billing with Must numerous times but he refused to work with us including a couple elder neighbors who do everything with paper invoices & written checks and couldn't manage the online billing & payment system. Rather than trying to accommodate us he lost a significant piece of business - 4 of the 5 homes have moved on to a much better service.
Beyond that, automated emails go out before every cut (even if you've told them not to cut that week) and after every supposed cut - more than once I was billed for services that didn't actually happen. Near impossible to figure out what did they really do? Not do?

The other reason several of us canned Must was annual price increases starting with year 2. I get raising prices 5 or 10% to cover increased gas expense, but to go up by 30-40%? Makes the first year of reasonable pricing feel like a bait-and-switch...

Very professional with excellent communication and follow through. I had a lot of lawn clean up done and they did a great job. The very few things that were missed (just some branches that needed to be cut) were remedied within a day and with such ease. The office communication is so good too. I will be using them for all my landscaping.

Must was recommended by friends and they have been excellent not disappointed. They use all the modern tools to keep in touch. Always respond to calls and texts. Arrive on time. They know landscaping and their work has been excellent! We will definitely use Must in the future.

Switched to Must this last season and I’ve been very happy. The crew is attentive and listens to feedback. They are consistent and the communication from management is top notch. I feel like I have a partner in my lawn care journey vs. just a service collecting payment. Thank you, Must!

Our experience with Must Lawn was top notch! It's clear that Griffin, Lori and team prioritize customer service and quality work, including consistent communication from start to finish, quick responses and flexibility in our requests. Griffin designed brand new, beautiful landscaping and the team implemented it to perfection. We also appreciated Griffin taking us for a complete walk through after it was completed to ensure we we happy with the results and offered changes if needed (which we didn't!) We will continue to use Must Lawn in the future given the trust built with customer service and results for our project.
