These great are great. They mow and trim the grass every week on time. The easy pay system is very convenient. The office staff is great and very responsive.

I have been using Impact Lawn Service for all of my yard needs for the last 9 years and I can unconditionally attest to the professionalism and quality of all of the crews and their work - and I am extremely particular about how my yard looks. Since I have been such a long-time client, I know almost every employee who works for Impact and, once again, I can state with certainty that they would NEVER work (let alone drive) under the influence of any alcohol or drugs! Not only do I know almost every employee, I know several spouses/significant others and they are all lovely, hard working, honest people.
My neighbors frequently ask which lawn service I use, and one neighbor went so far as to write a lovely note telling me how much she enjoyed walking by my house and seeing my perfect lawn and landscaping.
Furthermore, I have no idea what photo Google Maps is using, but Impact Lawn Service is located in a clean and well-maintained building in Blue Ash. I have been to their office and certainly would never go into the building that is pictured!

Bare minimum work is done to their predominantly black areas they serve. I’m sure they are wonderful in affluent areas and HOAs. Here, they cut grass too low, sloppily apply mulch, kill shrubs, don’t close and secure fences the way they found them. When growing season is in full effect and grass is fertile and growing, you barely see them because clearly they are busy giving the better neighborhoods top notch care. Meanwhile, when drought comes they are miraculously here cutting the dead grass once a week making it worse, making money off dead grass.
How do I know? Well my brother who lives in an HOA happens to have this company cutting yards on his street and how wonderful the lawns looked. Edge up nicely, picking up the sticks, closing the fences back.
When they leave my house I found my self sweeping up mess, edging the lawn better etc.
Premier Health needs to supervise their work more for the residential properties they have trusted to ground systems.
I see the difference between the previous company (Turner). The grass was stunning yards, were cared for diligently. Each house was given detailed care based on what that yard needed.
