Reviews of local pros in Cincinnati, Ohio

Very professional and got me scheduled quickly. Angie was very professional, helpful and nice with the initial call and scheduling. Bill was very professional, efficient and helpful with the first initial visit. He even went above & beyond and fixed the fan on my fridge that was rubbing and making a loud annoying constant noise while he was here. I didn't ask or expect him to. So far I'm impressed and can't wait until I don't have an issue anymore. Ian is very professional and courteous. I'm very pleased with this company and would strongly recommend.

Angie, who took my initial call was so kind and accommodating. She was patient through all my questions & concerns. Chris, who came out and sprayed, was very courteous. He was prompt and kept me informed of when he would be arriving. They were all such great people who got the job done effectively and in a timely manner. I could tell they really cared and were invested in their company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a pest control issue.

Rob L. was outstanding. Arrived on time, spoke about our pest issues, walked through the inside/outside of our home and recommended and applied a treatment plan that made sense for our issues. Highly recommend!

1 Stop Pest Control has been a pleasure to work with. The customer service is excellent and my technician Chris M was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and personable!

Chris came out the same day that we called to remove a bumble bee hive. He was very quick to handle our needs and remove the hive so that we can get back to enjoying our yard and pool. I definitely recommend Chris and 1-Stop Pest Removal.

Quiet and efficient- showed my husband the empty traps.

Chris was awesome! Just a little wasp nest gone in minutes. I appreciate the one day service. I will come back and use this company.

Without hesitation, I recommend 1 Stop Pest Control for both residential and commercial pest control needs. The combination of their professionalism, customer service, and expertise makes them a trusted choice in the Greater Cincinnati area.

One Stop has been treating our place for a few years. They always do a thorough job!

Our church, spanning 26,000 square feet, faced a significant termite issue, but a dedicated team came to the rescue. They worked tirelessly, completing the treatment in just a day and a half. Their persistence paid off as they identified the source of the problem and thoroughly resolved it. What an incredible group of hardworking individuals! Much appreciated.

Always such a pleasure! Each service I get as well as each person that shows up to do work! Today was Dale! Thanks Dale!

Great service as always. Rob was very professional. He explained everything in great detail. He addresses our areas where we had past issues which was an infestation of carpenter ants. Since they focused on that issue, we have not had any reoccurrence. I highly recommend their service. They do not just spray and leave they provide full service and attention to detail.

I just wanted to share an excellent experience with the service company. As a landlord and a property owner for many years I have dealt with a number of service companies with mixed results. I can highly recommend these folks without reservation as they were responsive, prompt, professional, and easy communicate with during the treatment process. If the other folks are as effective and professional as Bill, you will be in good hands with this company.

Great experience with 1 stop pest control. Today Billy and Chris replaced my garage door seals with a heavy duty rodent proof seal and reset some mouse traps. I am confident the seal will help to keep rodents out. Seals look great too 👍. They have been dependable and on time. Would reccomend to anyone looking to get mice removed or house sealed up. Thanks guys!

Great service, very communicative and focused on ensuring customer satisfaction. Our family fully enjoyed being in our yard mosquito-free all summer long!

Super quick service!! Came out the same day I called. Dale was friendly and knowledgeable! Great job!! Thank you for making my yard safe again!!

Chris always does a great job & answers questions & looks for additional ways to protect our home. Great work everyone!

We had a horrible Lady Beetle problem. They swarmed and collected in the building by the thousands. One Stop cleared it up. We have gone years with the quarterly treatments and all our pest problems have been taken care of. Highly recommend!
