Reviews of local pros in Cincinnati, Ohio

This is the third plumber that we called. The first plumber had a message on saying they were not accepting new customers. The second plumber only worked on new buildings. Perry Kelly Plumbing answered and listened to our problem and set up an appointment. They called before they came out. The plumber installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed a leak in one bathroom and replaced the faucet in the other bathroom. Very efficient, very friendly, and very professional.

Outstanding General Contractor with an attractive new set of offices on East 8th Street in downtown Cincinnati, near Arnold's restaurant. Many of their office managers and field staff have been with them for a considerable period of time, a valuable asset in a GC handling a great many local clients.

The technician Chuck was super nice, friendly and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I called another company first and they wanted $60 to walk in the door and another $398 to snake the main drain in my basement. Chuck can out and fixed the problem and it didn't even cost me half of what the first company wanted. I would hire them again for any plumbing issues.

Great company that is family owned and provides excellent customer service.

Good luck getting a phone call back from this business. It's like they ignore you on purpose.

I haven't writtten a review in my life but I feel like If I don't do this other people might not realize how HORRIBLE, IRRESPONSIBLE , RIDICULOUS & UNTRUSTED this company is. We hired them for jobs but let them go for one of them because they didn't show up. We decided to let them finish the other job ( main sewer line replacement) because they already started. The agreement for the price was $2995 and will take 2-3 days to finish everything if the weather was permitted. It took them almost a month to get the job done and it is not because of the weather. It will take them much longer if we don't call them every single day to ask them to finish.
They went out and drill a hole in our basement to install a new pipe and leave the hole unseal and didn't come back for a week. Unfortunately for us, we got rain on the weekend and the water ran in basement like a stream. On Friday, 8 PM our tenant called and told us their stuff got soaking wet. I wished that I can know how to post the video here. We called their plumber. Of course, no answer. My husband left him a voice mail and we also called the company phone. The lady answered the phone and told us that not their problem. After, my husband yelled at her on the phone, and she said their plumbing will give us a call. Around 9:30 PM, their plumber called back and said he couldn't come because he was busy working on another job and wouldn't be able to show up until midnight. We told him we didn't care what time it was he need to come to fix the problem he created. We couldn't trusted because they already lied to us many times before so we had to go to Mernard to buy a sum pump to pump the water out and concrete stuff to fix the hole up by ourselves. After 2-3 weeks the work was still not done. We called the owner and told them if they couldn't get it done we had to hire different company. Of course we didn't even know they were done until few days ago, the lady called my husband and questioned us why don't we pay them. No phone call to tell us the job was done nor invoice. We asked them to give us the money we spent for materials, labor to fix the hole and called the city, etc back. They said no and they said they will put the lien on the house if we don't pay them full amount. We already mailed them the check 3 days ago and yesterday we received an email and a letter from their lawyer threat us to put the lien on our house if we don't pay them. I am glad to know to know that they wait their time and money to find a lawyer. We thought about about filling a court to get our money back but not sure if I wanted to wait my time to deal with those kind of people. If you consider hire this company, please think again not twice but three, four, five times. Trust me this company is worth nothing -
I purchased a home from Vicky Fennell with a closing date of 3/31/16. The seller's family business is PCI Services, run by her son Clem Fennell. PCI Services submitted a work order to me showing they serviced both AC units in the duplex I was purchasing and claimed both units were in working order on 3/21/16. After the closing date one AC unit worked and one AC unit did not work. I filed a claim with my home warranty company and Teegarden HVAC came out and replaced three defective parts in the AC unit - a run cap, a start cap, and a potential relay. After replacing the three defective parts they cleaned the unit and I used my phone to capture a video as dirt and debris poured out of the unit. Clearly PCI Services had not serviced the AC unit on 3/21/16 or they would have replaced the three broken parts and would have cleaned and serviced the unit. The three broken parts and video of the AC unit being cleaned prove PCI Services did not complete the work they claimed to have completed.

The add in the phone book that the company told us to look at says no service call fees. They charged $199 for 15 minutes to replace a capacitor. Plus $65 for the part. I did some digging the part costs $27. OK they are a business I will go with it. My air conditioner was working. They leave, it goes out 4 hours later. I called backed and asked if it will another $199 for service call? Their response...well it sounds like your problem is not related to our previous work...so yes. This probably sounds like an incoherent mess, short story I will never call this company again!

On June 18th 2 plumbers arrived from Reilly Plumbing timely and set about their work immediately. Both men were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They didn't mind if i watched or asked questions. Once i was happy about what they were doing i went about my own business. About 2 hours or so later i was told every thing was done. I checked and was happy to see all the work was completed and working fine. no more leaky faucets and a new hot water heated installed. I would recommend this company to anyone. they were timely, courteous and work as well done. I'm satisfied.

These guys are the BEST! They are very professional, yet personable people. What started as a kitchen remodel, quickly turned into a catastrophe for me. I called the pros and the rest is history. Everything from new floors to having to beef up our ceiling joists. Hanging kitchen cabinets and rerouting some plumbing. My wife and I could not be happier. We feel like we live in a new house! Thank you so much!

The Biehl Brothers were on time, and within our budget. Our deck was deemed a hazard, and we needed someone to replace it so our rental property was up to code. They were FANTASTIC! We ended up hiring them for our own house for a complete bathroom remodel, and a new roof. Top notch service pros! One of the best contractors in Cincinnati.
