A total kitchen remodel was a bigger project than I expected. Having a company like Virgo Remodeling was extremely helpful when it came to pulling all the pieces together. Cabinets, flooring, painting and countertops. Brian with Virgo did the cabinet piece, and provided crucial information regarding the flooring, countertops and painting. He helped with all the decisions that needed to be made, and coordinated with the other contractors to ensure that each part fell together seamlessly.

I got 3 estimates for the total project, and ending up going with Brian to get the entire project complete. His estimate was in the middle as far as cost. From the 1st stage of demolition, to the last countertop being installed, Brian made sure that all the details were covered, and that the project moved along smoothly. He did quality cabinet work, and clearly took pride in all the work that was done. I could have gotten it all done for a little less money, but am confident that I paid a fair price. Many questions came up during the process, and Brian provided all the answers along the way. When issues came up, and they inevitably will, Brian took the time to get them resolved.

We had some pipes freeze up in her house with an urgency to be fixed so I searched Google and found Mr. Rooter. I called them up and they had somebody out within the next day which I was really surprised. Craig showed up right on time and was very professional and upfront about the cost and things that it would need going forward he went above and beyond explaining everything to me that was needed to get the water going again he had to crawl into a very small crawlspace underneath the house Which most plumbers would not even do considering the technicality in it he went under there and videotaped everything for me to show me the problems that were going on and then gave me a fair price to have everything done correctly. He spent probably over two days there working on this to get it done correctly. He went above and beyond and stayed late to get the job done and subzero temperatures. He was more concerned about me and my kids that himself. He finally got everything unfroze and new pipe was added. The price was exactly where I needed to be at when I thought it was going to be thousands. I can’t say enough about Craig in the job that he did. He is very thorough professional, and on point with his company. Communication was excellent as well with Missy. You can’t go wrong with this company. You will not be disappointed, thank you so much. This house is over 200 years old so he had really troubleshoot to fix it!

I've had Jimmy w JMW Plumbing & Fire Protection do several jobs (replaced leaking plumbing lines, installed new valves, unclogged a tub, and replaced a concrete utility tub over the last 2 years). Every time he has done an exceptional job! He shows up on time, does great work, has suggestions, and does all this at a reasonable price. Jimmy is my go to plumber and the guy/company I always refer friends to.

TLDR: I had a problem, and instead of a solution, I got a bill for no services rendered.

I had a leaking sink. The person comes out, on Monday, and it turns out that the job was bigger than I knew. They had budgeted 1 1/2 hours, but they couldn't stay for the 2-3 hours the job would require, as they had another stop. Okey Dokey. There was also mold up under the sink as a result of the leak. I talked to Peggy (I think), and they could possibly get back to me on Friday or next Monday. Great, that gave me time to get the mold cleaned out. NEVER A CALL BACK.

I DID get a bill for $125 for the guy who stopped out and didn't have the time to do the job. I called Hermann, and I recommend that you do as well.

Walked in this place to buy material for my flip house. Wasn’t greeted buy a single person but 4 guys standing there looking at me as if I was in the wrong place. Prices are not the best either save your money!

We had a pipe burst under our sink late at night. 24/7 Emergency Plumber Cincinnati responded within the hour and fixed it without a problem.

Hired Tarvin Plumbing to fix two plumbing issues in my home, one issue involving replacement of drain lever in my tub due to rusted screws. The man got into my tub to view the issue but did Not even remove his shoes or even put shoe covers on. He determined that he was unable to fix that issue since he didn't have the tools available or even the know how to fix it. Since he couldn't fix that issue, I showed him the other issue (Installation of a utility tub and faucet) of which I already purchased and had available, the (Faucet, Utility Tub and hookups). He determined that he could Not fix those issues. However He had No problem giving me the bill for the time he spent too determine that he could not do Any of the tasks I confronted him with. In addition to that unsatisfactory performance, he left me with greasy hand prints and terrible scuff marks in my Tub and shower walls. I don't expect my review will be shown. I will Never recommend Tarvin Plumbing.

Hobert is amazing! Gardner Plumbing was able to add us to the schedule last minute when another plumber realized he did not have the right equipment to resolve the issue. Hobert showed up and stayed late until the main line issue was resolved. So thankful for their urgency and skill.

I've used Tarvin Plumbing for 30 years for everything from fixing a leaky faucet to a full bathroom remodel. Recently they "refreshed" the primary bathroom they fully remodeled 15 years ago. I would not use anybody else for a bathroom remodel. Dare I say, it was easy! I worked with Mark Tarvin regarding what I wanted. He put together a schedule, selected sinks and faucets for me to review, and coordinated my looking at countertop slabs. Once I made my selections, it was basically just following the schedule. Easy. My updated bathroom looks beautiful. Tarvin does first-rate work, they are easy to work with and I couldn't be happier with the end result!
