We had a problem with our toilet which was constantly running. We called a plumber and he arrived the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty flapper and replaced it. He also checked the other toilets in the house to ensure they were in good condition. The service was quick and efficient and we were very pleased with the result. Our toilet is now working perfectly and we no longer have to worry about wasting water.

Just stopped in Winnelson Plumbing Supplies for parts to stop my leaking shower. Evan the sales person at the front desk was very polite helpful and answered any and all questions I had. Excellent customer service. I took the part that was bad along with me ; Evan matched me apples to apples, gave a couple tips and 🔥🔥🔥bam! In and out 5 minutes! Thank you Evan for the wonderful customer service!

Thanks for your help, 24-hour emergency plumber Cincinnati. Called on Saturday and was visited the same day. Came back on his day off on Sunday to complete the job, as it was a tricky one! Excellent service, very professional, and I would recommend his company!!

The pilot light on our gas fireplace was out and the button to start it wouldn’t work. I had called a couple of fireplace companies and they couldn’t come out for several weeks. I called Archer and Jimmy stopped out the next day. Very friendly and informative. He was in and out and it works like a charm. Price was very fair as well. I’m pleased with Archer and will call them again.

I will never do business with this plumbing company again. I’ve used them for a half dozen jobs over the last several years. They started out fine, but got progressively worse.

The plumber they always sent was crotchety and complained about everything.

“I’m not a fan of this toilet you picked out. The parts break regularly. The parts are harder to get and they’re more difficult to fix.”— Well, the toilet I picked out has worked just fine with no parts breaking, but the plumber installed the toilet so it wasn’t level with the floor and wobbles. I had to stick a couple of washers underneath it so it wouldn’t wobble. Nice job, Mr. plumber.

“I’m not a fan of this dishwasher you picked out.” — Probably because he didn’t know how to install it properly. It’s not level. Every time you open the door, the dish trays slide out. The plumber knew it was not level, but acted like everything was fine before he left. Sneaky. Again, nice job, Mr. plumber. Somebody get this guy a leveler for Christmas.

The last straw was when they installed a water heater. AFTER the installation was completed, they informed me that the water heater was dented (see pic) but that it wouldn’t affect the functionality. Very slimy move. They knew they had a damaged product, but wanted to unload it, so that’s how they passed it off to me. Shady.

I later find out that the water heater was not installed up to code, so now I’m going to hire a plumber that actually knows what they’re doing, and one with integrity, to install a new one. I’m having a new dishwasher installed, too. I want every trace of Reilly Plumbing erased from my house.

There are many honest, reliable, skilled plumbers in the Cincinnati area that take their work seriously. Reilly Plumbing has proven to me that they are not one of them.

I don't know about their work, but the way they drive they should at least get there in a hurry !

Roommate broke my shower arm last night which resulted in us not having a shower to use at all.

I called today roughly around 9am and Archer Plumbing Co. was able to fix my shower before 11:30am today.

Great work and definitely a life saver!

Called Perry Kelly Plumbing for residential repair work (as their street sign indicates they do as do their google reviews) and was told they only work new construction installation. The only reason for the one-star review is so that no one else wastes their time calling them for repair work.

Had an issue with a leak in the wall drain after trying to replace a bathroom vanity myself. They were able to come out less than 48 hours after I called. They were communicative and friendly and did a great job explaining what was happening (blockage in the drain and imperceptible crack in the wall tube). Matt also finished installing my vanity for me. I would call them again!

Required about exterior door installation. They said I would hear from someone within 72 hrs
A week later I have never been contacted.

Great place to shop at if you need parts for your water meter or a sump pump… Staff is very knowledgeable, informative and funny… They even sell fire hydrants fyi they’re bigger than you think

We needed a water line run to a new refrigerator in the employee break room. I was told this was the only option unless I wanted the line to freeze. I was extremely apprehensive at this idea and was charged $688 for a service that looks halfway finished and awful in an office. I was told to just get something from the hardware store to make it look better, but for almost $700, should I be doing this? At this point I regret using this company.

We first met Jeff through our homeowners warranty, Liberty Guard. We have an order home and he came in to fix the issue right away. We also hired Jeff to do other work around the home and he is a man of his word. We really look forward to working with him again.

I recently had Rock Island completely gut and renovate my 1950’s bathroom.
They showed up on time and coordinated every step of the process with me along the way. They gave me everything that I asked for and some.
My new bathroom is amazing. I highly recommend working this crew! Clean orderly sufficient go out of the way to accommodate!

I called about a certain fitting. Instead of saying no we don't carry that they hung up on me.

Jeff replaced our water heater and worked on our plumbing. He was immediately available, arrived on time and finished his work as scheduled. His pricing was significantly lower than the next quote and the work was done at the highest quality. We have more projects lined up for Delta Construction and highly recommend their services.

Jeff came a day late. He was supposed to see why we could not maintain enough hot water to take a shower. He did the absolute minimum to inspect the hot water heater. He said that the heating elements would have to be replaced and he would contact Choice Home Warranty to see about replacing them and call me the next day. 1week later I called him he said he had not heard back from CHW and would call them.24 hrs later no call from Jeff. We then looked at the report he submitted and it Blew me away HE TOLD CHOICE HOME. WARRANTY THAT NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH OUR HOT WATER HEATER .BACK STABBING A CUSTOMER.

We had a stopped bath tub drain and sink drain. I called my home Warranty and they set us up with Delta Construction and Renovation, LLC. Our tech was scheduled between 3pm and 8pm and I called at 730pm to see if he was till coming. He got stuck at the job right before ours being that it took longer than her thought. But he said we was still coming. After a full day of work, Jeff still came over to our house and unclogged our drains for us at 830pm. We are so very thankful that he still came over and helped us out. Thanks so much Jeff:) We really appreciate it!!!

Jeff was absolutely amazing. I called him and he was able to come out immediately. My outlet was not working he tried different things and he figured it out when the other I had come previously couldn’t do. He explained his steps and thought process clearly to me. Even made a run to Home Depot. He was friendly, professional , and reasonable. I would highly recommend making this your next contractor for your project.
