Reviews of local pros in Cincinnati, Ohio

Aramis and his crew did a great job for us. We had a different company scheduled to cut our tree which was damaged in a recent wind storm. When the crew from this different company came out to do the job, their tree climber wouldn't do the job because he felt like he couldn't safely climb the tree. Aramis had already given us a good estimate having seen the tree. He assured me that the tree was definitely climbable and he did it. I was amazed by him. I recommend them to anyone and will hire them again.

I was very pleased with the prompt response for a free quote, and the professional way everything was handled. My project was completed within less than 24 hours from my first contact. I would recommend Catramex LLC to anyone in need of tree trimming services.

I had Catramex cut down 2 trees in my backyard. I thought the price was highly reasonable and he did an exceptional job removing the trees. I had a smaller tree and shed I feared would be damaged but he put my fears to rest. Tree and shed untouched. It was just empressvise watching him cut the tree's down with such skill and ease. He definitely gets a 2 thumb up and I had 2 large maples trees. A job well done.

I have never been as pleased with any company as I am with Catramex. They removed two trees from my yard with expertise and professionalism. In addition, they did an excellent clean. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of tree service. When I have a need, this company will definitely be the first one I call and recommend to my friends. If there were higher level stars, I would rate them any higher.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, but I am going to try. They are the nicest folks you will meet, the are punctual, expert at their job, completely professional. Their prices are better than anyone else in Cincinnati. I would and will recommend them for any of your outdoor needs. Keep up the excellent work!!>

Hermes,
As always, you did a great job today. This is th 2nd time you have cut down trees for us. You are a machine. Today was challenging with so many obstacles. You handled it like a champ! It won't let me upload a video. Here'sa pic of you hurling a hollowed out stump.
Thanks again!

Catramex just pruned a tall Pin Oak for me. Their experience and skill are impressive! Also, the punctuality for the initial quote appointment and doing the work was top-notch. They kept me informed if they anticipated any delays along the way to the job. Cleanup after trimming was also excellant. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed!

After calling many companies for estimates I decided to go with Catramex. Hermes gave a great estimate with the large amount of tree removable that was needed at my home. They came got it done and even asked how does everything look midway thru. I added more trees since I didn't see them until the surrounding trees were removed. I even asked him about a part of a tree and he said it is healthing and strong not to worry or remove. Hermes had no problem in adding more work load, was honest on a healthy tree and gave a great deal. After all was done their clean up was excellent too. They did not leave anything in site. I will definitely use them again and recommend him highly. Hermes is a very honest man you cannot go wrong with this company.

I am more satisfied with the courteous and professional service they provided to me. A large tree fell unto my house after a storm and crushed my deck and was threatening to cause more damage. Catramex came out promptly after I called them and safely and carefully cut the tree from my house and deck and nicely stacked the wood into my yard. They also referred me to someone to fix the deck. And then Catramex also provided power washing to my house and deck to make everything look brand new.

Now the incident looks like it never happened thanks to Catramex. I feel so blessed to know them and I’m happy that they were the contractors on the job. I was immediately at ease because of their work, keeping the word on what the end result would be, and the overall experience was nothing but EXCELLENT!!

Hermes and his crew removed 4 trees for me. They did such a great job! Everything was cleaned up perfectly and they were very respectful of our flower beds and delicate landscaping. The Precision with which they cut down the trees piece by piece and avoided damaging any of the surrounding flower beds was very impressive . I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without any reservations. Thank you guys so much I really appreciate the hard work!

Crew removed a large 45ft tree and stump, and trimmed two other large trees on the property. They showed up on time 7:30, were very safety cautious, and worked until the job was completed. Great communications, and cleaned up like they were never there.
Fair price. Would hire again and will recommend the company.

Customer service was excellent! They responded quickly when I asked for quote and were always on time for the job.
I have never worked with a family owned business with such respect for me and each other.
They completed the job with detail to my request and safely. When completed they cleaned my yard better than it had been for a long time.
I would hire them again and recommend them to family and friends.

I am more than satisfied with the job performance from Catramex. I was kept informed from the time of quote to completion of removal and cleanup. The work was done so professionally, and the personnel so agreeable that I would recommend their services to any and everyone. If you didn't know there was a tree there in the morning, you would never know one had been removed.

Great Job!

They get the job done they are so helpful

These guys did a great job with our basement and very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Olde Fort Restoration did my flooring project on short notice and it came out great. Thank you!

Great Job! Everyone was very professional and courteous. Your team went out the their way to work with us to minimize disruption while doing a great job. Thanks.

I have used Olde Fort Restoration for personal and business projects. (Water insurance claims, office and home remodeling) They have been very professional and responsive. Work has been completed by scheduled dates and have exceeded expectations.

Olde Fort Restoration was fantastic when it came to helping us with water in our basement. Our basement was a finished basement and our kid area so this was a huge task but they guys came in and did it all and made the process seamless and less stressful. We can't THANK YOU enough!!

I had a pipe freeze and burst and when the insurance company put a different restoration company on my claim they called and said they couldn't be out till the next day and ended up not calling me back for two days. Luckily, I called Olde Fort Restoration and they were able to come out that morning to start the mitigation process right away to start cleaning up and drying everything out before further damage was done. They saved me a lot of trouble and were great to work with and I appreciate everything they did for me while every other company was too busy for me. Thank you!
