Todd and staff were top notch from start to finish. He was both courteous and understanding of my situation and the installation staff were both timely and professional throughout. I would highly recommend them for any services needed!

Please if you need someone to your house sooner rather then later do not call river view heating & cooling. They said they’d contact their techs. After 2 hours and a follow up phone call I was notified by text that they can send someone out in 4 days.

Not ideal when you have no heat in your house. Initially I just wanted to know if they were sending people out, and they gave me the run around. If you aren’t open for business because of weather or lack of personnel that’s fine, just state it up front…Poor communication all around.

Out of all renovation projects for the new house, A/C installation was the least stressful one. Amazing experience with Todd providing detailed description of the options for A/C units, and being present throughout the entire processs. High qulity product (Daikin one), delivered and installed per timeline we agreed on. The final price was quite fair vs competition with similar specs.

Robin came to my house in the rain looked everything over, he explained things in detail and helped me make the right choice for my home. This company and Todd are not to be trusted. Installed an HVAC system at over $7200 in my home in 2016 and AC has never cooled the house properly since install. They came out four separate times and each time give a different excuse without finding the problem or correcting the issue. When I asked Todd for my money back he states the company that he owned who did the install is bankrupt and there is nothing further he can do. Don't trust this guy he misrepresents himself and they obviously do not know what they are doing when a brand new Airease 3 ton unit cannot cool the same house as well as a 23 yo AC system that was replaced. Stay away from them.

Two days ago River View Heating & Cooling (Todd) installed a Daikin ductless AC unit at my residence. The job was flawless. The crew that perfumed the installation was thoughtful, courteous and ON-TIME. I will likely use Todd Redding and River View Heating & Cooling for future HVAC issues.

I called River View HVAC for a quote on a new HVAC system. A guy named Robin came out. Robin is really great guy and he quoted a fair price. This is a top notch company from top to bottom. Riverview has come in to save the day not once but twice for us at this point! Their installation services were timely, efficient, and absolutely affordable compared to other companies from which we received a quote. They also were able to come in to save the day with a quick adjustment to our hvac condenser unit outside at the request of our neighbor… three days before closing on our house! Truly above and beyond from a customer service perspective!!! We will be loyal to Riverview for life!!

Just has a mini split system installed in my garage by River View. Todd and his staff did a great job with installation. Only took a few hours. Great professionalism and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC .

Riverview Heating and Cooling has provided me with great service over the last 3 years. They just installed an AC unit in my condo in Blue Ash. They were very clean and got the job done fast. I was without when it was 90 degrees and they installed the next day. The price was great and I get a lifetime warranty on the unit. Great job great - service - great price.

Todd and his team are the best in the business. I called them at 8am with no A/C and within 2 hours they were on site and had it working! They are fair in pricing and know how to get the job done right the first time

Update: the team worked so hard for us! New system is in and working great. I have an old home so they had to troubleshoot a lot and fix some unanticipated problems but they handled them with grace and tenacity. If you need hvac work, call River View!

I have used Riverview Heating and Cooling for years and they continue to keep up there 5 star service and product installation. My mom's AC went out this week and the team was very responsive and are installing a totally new HVAC system. One thing that is really great about Riverview is that they are always looking for the best products to install with great prices and awesome warranties. The service person who installed moms units was very professional and very polite. He was very concerned to make sure he cleaned up and mom was satisfied. Riverview does all my tune ups twice a year to keep the units in tip top shape. Mom and I highly recommend Riverview Heating and Colling for all of your HVAC needs.
