Tree reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

Simon and his crew did a great job removing two large trees one of which was in a very tight space. Perfect for our needs. No cranes or bucket trucks...just sheer skill climbing and cutting. They were considerate of the surrounding areas and cleaned up the mess when they were finished. Even rescued some baby squirrels. Price was very favorable as well. Highly recommend their service. Thank you, Simon!

We highly recommend S.B. Tree Services. Their estimates are so detailed and specific, unlike the rather vague estimates other companies do. They are also highly skilled arborists and are flexible if you want to make changes to what you want done. An exceptional company!

We’ve used S.B. Tree Service for multiple tree projects through our property management business, and they consistently deliver excellent service. Their pricing is very fair compared to other bids we’ve received, often saving our clients hundreds of dollars without sacrificing quality. The crew is professional, efficient, and leaves the job site clean. They’ve been reliable partners for us, and we appreciate the value and expertise they bring to every project. Highly recommend them for any tree work.

I called about a tree they had pruned last year because I was worried that the tree had hardly bloomed this spring, Simon came out to check the tree and informed me that it looked fine but is stressed from the hard prune last year and it should be fine. While he was here I asked for pricing to cut a huge branch from my neighbors unhealthy tree that was hanging over my roof. My neighbors were not going to prune their tree . Simon checked to see if he had the equipment with him , which he did except for a chainsaw, he had a hand saw and went to work on the branch over my roof..unexpectedly, unplanned, unscheduled..said he felt bad that I was a little worried about the tree they pruned last year. Got his gear on and up he went with the hand saw , cut the huge branch , lowered it down and even cut the branch in small pieces for my fire pit..
I definitely recommend S&B Tree Service, very polite, friendly and great customer service..today Simon went above and beyond!

Highly recommend S&B Tree Service! They did an excellent job trimming my Bradford pear tree. The crew was professional, efficient, and left the area spotless. I will definitely hire them again for future needs!

SB Tree Service was great to work with for trimming some trees away from our house. They were very professional from the first phone call, communicated in a timely and efficient manner, and did quality work. We will use them again when needed!

Fabulous. Professional, courteous and the communication is first rate. They did a beautiful job. When they got into it there were a couple other things I needed taken care of. There was no hesitation. They genuinely care about doing quality work. It is rare these days. I wish I took some pictures but other reviewers have. 10/10

We used S.B. Tree Service LLC first time do to an emergency a tree fell on truck on our property. Simon came the same day and took care of the work right away. They also remove another tree is was going to fall due the erosion from the first tree falling. They did a great work! Very conscientious of the property and grounds around the project site, courteous and communicative. We will call then again for more projects. Thanks to all the staff!

Excellent work! The company removed a large dead tree right in front of my home quickly and professionally. Everything was done safely and carefully, with no damage to the property. I can tell they are true professionals. Highly recommended!

I am forever grateful to Simon and his crew. Not only did they faithfully take down my large locust in the front yard as scheduled but came back the next day to solve the problem with the base of the trunk. Debris, while minimal, was cleaned up from my property as well as the neighbors. They even plowed the snow from the parking lane in front of my house! These people are professionals and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

From beginning to end, the process went swimmingly, the communication was good, and the price was even better!

Chip came out for the initial site visit at noon on 4/23 and the proposal was in my inbox before 4pm the same day.

Andy, Jackson, and Simon came to out remove the tree - they were a pleasure. Personable, thorough, and extremely hard workers, AND our yard was cleaner than it was before they arrived.

A few days later, another crew came to grind down the stump - they were great, too.

In total, removing the massive tree, a couple bushes, and grinding down all the stumps took a day and a half.

Highly recommend this company for your tree removal services - two thumbs up! We will be using them again!

My expectations were surpassed by SB Tree Service. Not only did Luke, Caleb and Mike(I think that was his name, apologies if not) trim our tree line and get rid of an intrusive honeysuckle, Caleb also saw me taking in the yard that day and offered to mulch my leaf bags. They cleaned up my yard extremely well and left it looking better than in looked originally.

Would definitely recommend Luke and his team!

Great experience with SB tree service. Crew arrived at the specified time. They were very professional and did a great job. When the job was complete, the cleanup was well beyond what I expected. I thought the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend SB tree service.

S.B. Tree Service is hands down the hardest working tree cutting team in Cincinnati. They showed up on time, tackled our extremely tall tree with precision along with expertise and transformed our yard in no time. Their professionalism and expertise were evident from the get-go.

The cleanup was flawless—our yard was left spotless, with not a branch or leaf out of place. If you need tree work done, look no further. S.B. Tree Service is efficient, thorough, and absolutely top-notch. Highly recommend! 🌳💪 This is the Team to Call!

Absolutely phenomenal experience with SB Tree Service! They removed a very large tree that hung over both our and our neighbor’s homes. They had to access the tree through our neighbor’s yard and were extremely respectful of their (and our) property. Left everything extremely clean and removed all debris from both rooftops. Very professional and thorough job! I couldn’t possibly recommend them more!

SB Tree has repeatedly done not just a good but an exceptional work for us. Prompt response, immediate scheduling of work, extremely fair price. We had a tree that needed to be removed to enable a difficult sewer work to proceed. I called Simon at 4:30PM. he mobilized his crew immediately and the work was done by 6:00PM which allowed the plumbing contractor to proceed by 7:30 the following morning.

We highly recommend SB Tree Service and would call them again for additional tree work to our property. Customer service, knowledge, and skill are outstanding. From Chip who quoted us a reasonable price to watching Jack, Luke, and Ryan doing the work and cleanup, they are a top notch operation. Thank you.

Great company very professional and exceptionally prompt. I called S.B tree service for a free estimate , they came out the next day, emailed the estimate , I agreed to have the work done and scheduled a time. They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process with updates leading up to the service date. The team arrived right on time and got straight to work . They pruned the trees and cleaned the yard of any debris. I'm am extremely satisfied with the level of service they provided, and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Great job!

I recently hired S. B. Tree Service to trim some trees and remove a dead one from my yard, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. They did an excellent job with the trimming, and the removal of the dead tree was seamless.

What really impressed me was the cleanup afterward—my yard looks better than ever! They left everything tidy and spotless, which made the whole experience even more rewarding. I highly recommend S. B. Tree Service to anyone in need of tree care. Thank you for a job well done!

SB Tree Service took down a small tree and a Large tree limb. The crew did a stellar job, working safely and neatly. Communication was good and they showed up on the day scheduled. Price was more than fair. Simon is a real gem! Highly recommend!

I used S.B Tree Service for my rental location and they were super helpful! Had squirrels coming in through the roof from a tree nearby and they were quite to get a quote, confirmed they saw some squirrels entering and did the job quick. Price was definitely fair and the process was so easy.
