Tree reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

From start to finish, S.B Tree service provided prompt and courteous service with detailed explanation. On the day of service, the crew arrived on time and performed exactly what was needed to trim our tree. They also cleaned up everything before leaving. Awesome job overall and I'd highly recommend to anyone.

Simon and Artismeo came out and did some tree trimming in my backyard. Great job, communicated effectively, and were professional. Would recommend to folks looking for a similar service! Before and after photos included

Everyone I spoke with in person and digitally was very nice, super helpful, and quick to respond to me. I submitted a request for service online and had an email response the same day scheduling me for a free quote inspection. Their prices were very reasonable and the inspector was very budget conscious during their visit. They made recommendations on services to still accomplish my ultimate end goal without needing to spend thousands of dollars. The day of service was very quick, too. Two workers came and cut and hauled everything within a couple of hours. They even moved some outdoor furniture I didn't remember to move out of their way and put it back when they were done. I would definitely recommend!

Simon and crew removed a LARGE tree from our backyard that had been struck by lightning. They used a crane to lift the sections over the house and did an excellent job. They did an amazing amount of work for a very good price. Simon even helped us get some small pieces for our fire pit from the tree. They hauled everything away and left the site in very good condition. We asked them to leave the stump grinding chips for our garden. We are going to use them for any more tree work. Highly recommended.

Simon and his brother, Alex, came to our house early and got to work immediately on our overgrown trees and dead branches. They carefully backed into our narrow driveway with their EagerBeaver wood-mulching truck, and began climbing our trees just after arriving. Simon quickly and efficiently trimmed the dead branches, dropping them safely to the ground below where Alex collected them and brought them to the wood chipper.
They proficiently completed the job in less than three hours, cleaning up all the branches and wood chips, allowing a neighbor to cart home some of the logs for personal use.
Very professional work at a very fair price.

SB tree service & Simon were wonderful to work with from start to finish. We had a giant tree, extremely close to our house, on a very tight street. Everything was handled beautifully from prior day signage to block the street, dealing with Duke Power to table down electric wires through final cleanup. .

I couldn’t be happier with the service from S.B. Tree Service!!!!! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and fair in pricing. The team worked quickly and skillfully, and the clean-up was truly impressive — they left my property even cleaner than when they arrived. Excellent service all around; I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of tree work! I can see why they have all 5 star reviews!!!!!!!!! AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

They did a great job at a fair price. Very professional. We got a few tree removal quotes from other companies, but SB Tree Service was the only one that actually took the time to assess our tree, take notes, pictures, etc. and explained the whole process really well. We were impressed. Definitely recommend and will use this company in the future should we need it!

Every step in the process, from the free estimate thru the final clean-up, was excellent. Scheduling was easy, the estimate was very competitive, and knowledge base was unmatched. One of the best service companies I've ever dealt with and I highly recommend S.B. Tree Service.

I can say with genuine enthusiasm that I made the right choice going with SB Tree Service to remove a pine tree on the side of my house. They came in with a quote that was so much lower than every other one I’d gotten that I was concerned they’d be cutting corners. I had some questions and the owner, Simon, called me personally. He was super friendly and helpful so we moved forward.

The job was done over two different days. One day they cut the tree down then another they came back to grind the stump. All of the workers were truly above and beyond friendly, professional, and helpful. Not only did they not cut corners, they did more than I expected. The first crew was happy to leave some 18 inch sections of the tree trunk in a neat pile that I can split to use for firewood. After the second gentleman ground the stump he took the remains and threw them on a nearby bed which saves me on mulch costs, labor on my poor old back, and it looks pretty great too. He even offered to quickly grind a very small stump left from a small tree I’d removed myself saying it really didn’t take him any time that would throw off his schedule.

At a time when good customer service is getting harder to find these guys are truly an example of what every company should strive for.

This is our second time using S.B. for tree work, and we have not been disappointed. They were very responsive from the moment we reached out for an estimate, quickly scheduled us and they do a great job. I pay attention to how companies treat their employees, and it was not lost on me how everyone wears proper protection, they communicate clearly and they take their time. Not only does in ensure their folks are not injured, it ensures the work is done properly and our property is not damaged. These are good guys.

We recently hired S.B. Tree Service to remove a large red oak from our property. Because of the tree’s size, the job required a crane, and being on a residential city street made the project even more challenging. Their team handled everything with impressive skill and precision—it was fascinating to watch their process, and it was clear they are true experts at what they do.

S.B. Tree Service completed the entire job in just one day, working efficiently and professionally from start to finish. This was our second experience with them, and both times have been exceptional. They are consistently communicative, knowledgeable, and dependable.

I highly recommend S.B. Tree Service to anyone in need of quality tree care.

We needed a tall tree removed from our backyard close to the house. The work done by crew at S.B. Tree Service Cincinnati was wonderful from start to finish. They took the time on sight to confirm what we needed done, to answer any questions, advise on the various trees in our yard ,and explain every step of the process. The tree was removed safely, and without any damage to our house or unavoidable damage to our yard. It was truly an exciting project to watch. The team doing the work was friendly, professional, and fun to work with. The company even included a veteran's discount and a fair price.

Simon and his guys gave me great advice about the 100+ ft tall dawn redwood in my yard, and using the air spade to expose the root structure was a great idea to help me figure out what to do with the adjacent retaining wall. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable people. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for professionals who obviously have a real affinity for trees and a respect for the long-term health of the landscape they're working in. If I need help with a tree again they'll be my first call.

Fantastic experience with S.B. Tree!! Their quote was the best out of all the companies I called, all the guys on the crew were super nice and professional, AND most importantly - they did an excellent job removing the giant silver maple tree in my backyard.
The tree was very close to my house and required some serious maneuvering to lower all the pieces without hitting the house, garage or privacy fence. I'm extremely happy with their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree work in this area! 10/10 guys, keep up the great work :)

I had a very large tree get knocked over during a storm and landed on a neighbor’s tree. Chip came out to give me an estimate within the next day and was very nice and gave me a detailed quote that was much better than the others I received.

The day before and the day of the job it rained a ton and the yard was a muddy mess. The team did a great job minimizing damage to the yard and cleaning up afterward. I will definitely be using S.B Tree again for future work!

The team leader was very personable as was the entire crew. Office staff was kind. The whole team was very professional. SB tree service absolutely know their job and get it done quickly and safely. They all wore helmets and worked as a team. Their heavy equipment left my yard in a mess but I guess that is to be expected since it had snowed the day before and the ground was wet. I would highly recommend SB Tree Service.

S.B.Tree Service did an outstanding job for me. A 30+ foot holly tree from my neighbor’s yard fell onto my garage, and they responded quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would.

The crew was professional, efficient, and handled the removal safely without causing any additional damage. They cleaned everything up thoroughly and left the area in great shape.

Competitively priced for such a large job. It’s easy to see why they have such high ratings — I highly recommend them!

Anthony and his crew were nothing but professional and I’m very pleased with the results. My project involved two mature ash trees in an urban environment, less than ten feet from my house that should have been cut down years ago. Anthony took care are everything, from coordinating power interruption with Duke Energy, shutting down the neighborhood street with Cincinnati PD, assembling a top notch crew, carefully lifting huge sections of the trees over buildings and power lines, hauling everything away, grinding stumps and cleaning up everything. I highly recommend Hutson for any tree work you need!

Nice phone service, quick response.

Do good work and very dependable hard working. They get right to work and do good job with clean up.
