While I find this store very appealing and carrying quality product, I did not feel I was treated kindly by one of the customer service workers. Instead of being provided with courteous service when inquiring about plants and the use of my coupon, I received what I would say was an arrogant reply. When I asked additional questions I was met with the same response - as if I should know what I'm talking about. Never going here again. Too bad for them, since we are redoing are landscaping in the front of our house.

I love that Bremec on the Heights is there, for many reasons. The products offered high quality and for a small place has a satisfying variety. As their sister facility in Chesterland has acres of products, if something isn't at hand here, it can be transferred.

The prices are a bit higher than say a big box store, but this is a specially business, and I've found some esoteric items sold here I couldn't find except online.

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I always enjoy shopping here, and have had success with all the plants purchased.

I'm a regular shopper here during the planting season. They have a really good variety of plants and also very knowledgeable staff. They can answer any question you have! In the winter they sell coupons that they call bonds at a reduced price, that you can exchange at full price in the summer. It's a great value!

As it's within walking distance of my house, it's always interesting to browse.

But they never seem to have many perennials & hardly anything for shaded areas.

Absolutely love this nursery! The team is super helpful and very friendly! They are very knowledgeable and helped us build out a wonderful shade garden. The prices are great and the plants/flowers are high quality. I highly recommend this local nursery.

I have purchased a beautiful fig tree from them. She is growing amazing 🤩. I will be inquiring about a dwarf bonanza peach tree very soon. They never disappoint! They are so very helpful too...they all helped me with picking the perfect tree and gave me tips on where to plant her and how to care for her.... even the other customers are so kind and friendly we often find ourselves in small chitchat while browsing the plants...I absolutely love this place! Beautiful garden decor....fruit trees, plants, flowers, seeds. My oasis ❤️

Bremecs always has great stuff and the staff is quite helpful. They offer materials in bulk, and will deliver for a fee if you dont have a truck. I love having them in the neighborhood.

The gentleman helped me choose the right sized pots to repot my plants which I have never done before. He was great, he knew the plants just from pictures (because I don't know the names). Just so helpful!

The most unfriendly, unhelpful, unknowledgeable staff and associates ever encountered in all home Depot stores. Items on display never match tags, items ordered online shows available but not available when order.

Purchased a $3000 refrigerator was available at store but days later texted unavailable for delivery (more than 1 month depley.

On one should shop at this store at all because store associates with attitude and refused to help with items search.

They should close this location.
