Constraction reviews in Cleveland, Ohio

Highly recommend!! Ohio Roofing Siding Slate. They did and awesome job on my roof and gutters. Rual was a pleasure to work with. Clean up was like they wasn’t even at my home. It’s great when you can live your life and not babysit the crew as a homeowner. Was so comfortable from the sales call, to the final walk through. Dawn a Sarah were awesome too. Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Cheap is Cheap. Ohio Roofing wasn’t the cheapest, but I walked away feeling I got what I paid for. Went to work came home and my roof and gutters were on by 4 pm.

Replaced broken slates and repaired a loose flashing as requested. Mike also pointed out some loose mortar that needed to be repaired on the chimney and took care of that in the same visit. Quality work as always.

Mark and his crew were awesome. They were on time and cleaned up every night. The job turned out excellent. The attention to detail was amazing and they took off the light fixtures and put them back on every day. Steve did a excellent shop doing the trim and detail work

Look no further....This is your roofing company!!!
Dave, Michael, John and their crews were amazing!
Communication, honesty, care for the customer and attention to detail happened throughout the experience. Our roof was not easy, and it got worse as we went along. Things you can't anticipate until you get deep into the process.
It took longer than they anticipated, but they did not let that stop them from doing a quality job. The crew worked so hard in the worst heat of the summer. They were up front and honest every step of the way and the care they had for us during the process made it feel like family.
I want to mention Dawn and Sarah in the office as well. They were amazing and made the process seamless from planning, scheduling, talking through cost and financing. Always pleasant to deal with.
Thank you Ohio Roofing Siding and Slate for making a project that turned into a not so normal job and delivering a quality roof!
(Ask for before and afters of my roof, one of the worst they have run in to. You will see what an amazing job they do!!!)

During the spring I noticed a leak in my ceiling which prompted me to get a roof inspection. Dave with Ohio Roofing was one of five quotes that I received. Dave was very honest with me regarding what I needed to have done. The price he gave me which included a new roof and 5 new skylights was a little better than any other quote that I received. Dave kept me informed during the entire process. They were very prompt from the time the shingles were ordered, from when they came in to the time they were installed. The day of installation was probably one of the hottest days of the summer. The crew that came out did a fantastic job. They were able to get the new shingles and skylights installed in one day. They did such a good job cleaning up after the job that it was hard to tell that anyone had been there. We had one hiccup with the fascia coming loose, I noticed the next day. Dave was there with a guy first thing on Monday taking care of the problem.

From the beginning Dave was honest with me that at that time they did not have a guy who completed the finish work on the interior for the skylights. However that did not stop Dave from searching and finding a guy who could complete the work for me. I cannot say enough good things regarding my experience with Ohio Roofing. I highly recommend them for any roofing or skylight needs.

Darius and Eric were very respectful and were able to complete the job quickly- in very cold temperatures! They cleaned up completely, as if they were never here. I appreciate their hard work, and I appreciate Dawn’s keeping us updated and John’s honest advice per fixing our roof.

Dave and his team were great to work with from start to finish. They replaced the siding on my entire home, removed and installed a new flat roof above my bay window, installed new gutters & shutters and even custom matched scalloped woodwork original to 1941. All of this work was of high quality and attention to detail, and done so at a very reasonable price. Wouldn’t hesitate for a second to work with them for any future projects!

Our experience was wonderful! The man who inspected the roof was clear and thorough. The team scheduled the job quickly (more quickly than we expected), and Darius and Eric clearly had the needed expertise to do the job well. They were efficient, courteous, and even generously did a small side job we asked for help with. We would definitely use them again!

The company is wonderful and does excellent, high-quality work!! We have worked with them for two separate roofing repairs. Their prices are fair and the work is long-lasting. You can’t go wrong with this group. Highly recommend! And shout to Michael, Darius, and other team member (didn’t catch his name) who just finished our roofing repairs today. They explained everything so clearly and ensured the job was executed properly with close attention to detail.

Quick, professional and quality work is what I received from David and his team! I had some loose siding due to all the wind lately. They provided me fair pricing and great work. Will definitely we calling them in the future if I need any work on my siding!

Mike and his crew showed up early in the morning and started right away. They were very efficient in their work. They communicated through out the process about what they found and what would need to be done to repair the problems and how much additional costs. The crew were pilote and professional throughout the entire process. The chimney flashing and cap looks great.

I’m very pleased with the work done by Mike. He was very professional and explained what needed to be done. Also he would email pictures showing before and after the work was done.
This is my second time using Ohio Roofing, they haven’t disappointed me!

Dave was the point person who came out and gave me my estimate, very professional and you got a sense that the company is very fair and honest. Didn’t try to take advantage of the fact that I am a female and give me some outrageous price. They were affordable and fair. The crew that showed up were prompt, professional, very friendly and got the job done efficiently. Great job by Ohio roofing siding and slate, highly recommend their services.

We recently purchased our home in Shaker Heights and after a few storms reconized some damage. Ohio roofing come out and inspected. They shared what was found and made recommendations to fix the damage and a few other aging issues. Shortly after the very fair estimate Mike and Eric came out to our property to execute the work. Mike and Eric handled our situation in cold a wet weather with ease and grace. Having a trades background myself, I was impressed with their workmanship and professionalism from start to finish! Job well done Ohio Roofing!! Thank you all!!

I had an excellent experience with Ohio Roofing Siding and Slate. The team was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, promptly scheduled John for a site visit, and provided a detailed quote shortly after. They made the entire process seamless from start to finish.

Darius and his crew did outstanding work replacing several slate tiles, rebuilding the roof stacks, and expertly sealing and caulking everything. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch.

I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of reliable, high-quality roofing work. My brother is moving to the area soon, and I’ll be recommending Ohio Roofing Siding and Slate for all his future roofing needs as well.

I had to be away while they did our porch roof and Mike, the foreman, kept in touch with me and sent photos that made me feel very relieved. They also did a great job in cleaning up! They came back afterwards when I had questions and were helpful. I am happy with my new roof.

Needed a patch job done on our roof after the high winds we had. Will and Mike stopped right over after finishing another job. They gave me a fair price, got the materials and finished the job all within 90 minutes. They were very nice and professional and we would definitely recommend them.

Will and the guys are amazing! My house was damaged this winter due to the ice melting. I have new gutter, fascia & soffit, window. Gave me new porch that was also damaged. They are very professional and pricing is very reasonable. I hired them to replace my old wooden fence. It looks amazing. I feel they go above and beyond. I really appreciate that. I have more projects for them in the near future. So I will be calling.
