Ya’ll, I’m about to be a total Karen and I don’t even care right now. What kind of unprofessional jagweed parks like this? He literally hopped the curb and has been blocking the sidewalk all morning. We have a neighbor who is blind and takes a walk with his dog several times a day, we have joggers who risk injury if forced to run on the grass, we have little ones on tricycles, all next to this busy road. And we have STREET PARKING just 10 feet over. This is ableist behavior, this is classist behavior, and this is flat out ILLEGAL. Great advertising for this company, “Lake Erie Electric: If we’re this blatantly inconsiderate, imagine letting us in your home!”

Driver running red light today July 7th at 1023am at 105th and carnegie cleveland ohio

I haven’t personally utilized the services from here but I had the pleasure of my bumper being ridden extremely close going 70 mph at 6:15am. The driver got the chance to hop lanes then proceeded to do approximately 90mph. If this is any indication of what kind of professionalism would be provided (or lack there of) I’d for sure find anyone else besides this company for a service.

After 4 "local" electricians took my money, but failed to make my 2 yard flood lights work, AC Electric got them working perfectly!!!!
They were on time, professional, neat, and, most important--did the job right.
From now on, I will call AC Electric FIRST!!

Well I am happy to say it's been a long time and my floodlights still work perfectly!! I don't want any other electric problems BUT if they show up, I'll be calling AC Electric!!!!!!!!!!

AC Electric was fantastic to work with. Setting up the appointment was easy over the phone, and their prices were reasonable. Not only did their electricians do a good job, but they also went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue that wasn't included in the original quote for no extra cost. Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

I've had only the best experience with AC Electric. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and fast, and their attention to detail is superb. I've now worked with them for big and small residential projects. Their fees are extremely fair given the high-quality work they do.

We had an electric emergency the night before Thanksgiving 2019 and AC Electric had their technician out within an hour because we had plans we couldn't cancel that night. John went above and beyond for us, spending three hours figuring out all of our problems. He was very helpful, pleasant, informative, and went above and beyond what I would expect. I am so glad I know this company now, will definitely use them again!

Update June 2021 - John has come back out to our house for a full house electric update, and to run electric to a new shed. My comments above are still true and we really appreciate the service that John and AC Electric provide, we are very thankful for them and will definitely use them again for any future projects or emergencies.

Don't waste your time with another electric company! Go with AC Electric! We've used them for major work around the house about a year ago, competitive price with absolute great service. Recently had a problem with no electricity in living room, called AC & spoke with Wendy. She walked me through checking out the circuit breaker box & said she'd do her best to have someone come out ASAP. Was a very busy time for them. Kept in touch with a few phone calls to me & had John out the next day. A loose wire in the breaker box. Was concerned about the possibility of potential fire & John gave me a brief history lesson on the electronics of the house. And why there was absolutely no need to worry! Wendy calmed me down, John showed up early, (called before arriving) & professional as ever. Great service. Period.

Had a very old electrical panel that finally failed, taking out half the power in my house. Initially John came out and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and explain why replacing the panel was the best long-term solution. John came back out the very next day with three other guys, Reggie, Ian, and Wilson. Every single guy was polite and knowledgeable. They all wore show covers to protect my floor and even made sure to keep the basement door closed so my cats didn't get in. Very considerate. It was long day for them, but they never stopped working and got everything done on time. They meticulously labeled the panel and I could not be happier with their work.

Great company to work on all Electrical projects for anyone or for any Business. I had a family member tell me about them about 6 months ago and I have not hired any other electrical company after their first project. They have worked at my funeral home a couple times in the past 6 months on different items like replacing a parking lot light and replacing an electrical panel. Thank you for the Great work!

AC Electricians José, Ian and William were a great team! Professional, courteuos, respectful and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions I had and were very thorough with their explanations. The only issue was a one day delay due to miscommunication, which was resolved quickly. They did a great job and I recommend them highly! May God truly bless Jose', Ian and William for a job well done!

We were connected with AC Electric through our power company, First Energy. Everyone we spoke to and dealt with was incredibly nice and professional. Todd came to our house to walk through and do an estimate. He was here hours discussing what was most crucial for safety and plans for our multiple projects. He also recommended products for us to purchase to help save money by buying direct.

We had technicians at our house for nearly a full week and I now wish I could have AC Electric do all our house projects (if you guys decide to start doing counters, let me know!). John B. was the lead electrician for our projects and he was the absolute best! He called every morning to let me know he was on the way and often showed up before 8am to get started. He was incredibly knowledgable and polite and considerate with me working at home. I always knew what to expect during the day and for the next day so I could readily plan in advance. He also made sure his entire work area was completely clean every evening when leaving.

If I ever need electric work done, or know someone that does, I have Todd and John's cards on the fridge and know just who to call. AC Electric did an amazing job from beginning to end.

I needed an inspection for First Energy in order to have power turned on. They quoted $195. After performing the inspection, they refused to give me a copy of it and instead gave me an additional quote for $190 to send it to First Energy!! This additional cost was only disclosed after the inspection, despite the fact that I had told them this was for First Energy. I refused to pay it and had to contact another electrician to do another inspection ($250, but that price included an actual copy of the inspection lol). In fairness to AC they refunded the original $195, but it doesn't change the fact that their tactics were shady. I wouldn't trust them and would advise others not to as well.

The folks who serve Lakewood are exceptional. I have had William the supervisor and Jose the service provider do various work on my old house several times and I am always pleased. Besides the good work, it is very nice to have such quick service.

Incredibly thorough, and really professional throughout. The job was done in less time than initially expected, and the total amount paid was as quoted, with nothing hidden. John, Luis, and Todd were especially fantastic. I felt like my concerns were heard, and I feel safe knowing that my project was handled by them. Thanks, AC Electric!

They did an electrical rewiring update in our basement rec room. Excellent work, quick and professional. We would use again.

Have used AC Electric a cpl few times and I'm in SE Canton a little out of their area , they are very prompt and professional I will use them for any service I need and would say anyone should , they just replaced our whole service and did a awsome job very nice ppl fair priced and if an emergency they will make sure you are seen of course emergency fee like any one else but no more worries about the problem you have once you contact them , Todd was I'd say the Forman on the job did an outstanding job plz thank him for all he did , Jose and his assistant was great also very professional

I highly recommend AC Electric for all of your electrical needs. They upgraded our 100amp panel to a 200amp panel ahead of schedule and for the exact price I was quoted. They were extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process as well as very thorough in explaining all the work being done. A top notch experience all around.
