I really appreciated that William was able to get my job scheduled in the timeframe I needed. José did a great job, replaced 3 outdoor light fixtures and 2 indoor light fixtures, fixed 2 wobbly outlets, added a new outlet over the mantel behind TV to end the dangling cord jungle, and put in a dimmer switch. It’s been almost 2 years and have not had any problems.

I have been using AC Electric for many years. Everyone there is professional, thorough, responsive and courteous.

I have had them do thing as simple as relatively minor electrical work to the installation of a whole house generator. They arrive when they say they are going to be here, work efficiently and clean up before they leave. I recommend them to everyone that I know is looking for an electrician.

AC Electric was very professional and they worked very hard to get the job done that I needed them to do. They were polite and friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with them. I never give perfect scores to anyone who ask for a survey, but they deserve one.

I was under the gun to have my electrical panel upgraded by the condo association. I contacted FirstEnergy and they put me in touch with AC Electric. Response was immediate and my first interaction with Todd Fowler was professional at the start! He explained what work needed to be done and gave me an estimate for that work. Deciding to use AC Electric to do the replacement, my second interaction was with John, who was on time as scheduled. He worked quietly as possible, kept me up to date on what he was doing and after completion showed me the brand new panel. Deciding to add a surge protector, John prepped the work that was to be completed by William Dominguez, who was equally prompt and professional throughout the entire process. I have no knowledge of electric and could have easily been ripped off but these three men and their dispatch team walked me through everything and I feel I got what my money paid for and more. I would highly recommend using AC Electric for your next project. And did I mention my new panel came with a lifetime guarantee! Not one year like most places, so think about that too, when choosing an electrician. Plus, I passed inspection and can feel safe that all is well in my home. Thank you AC Electric.

This is my second experience with AC Electric. Jose and Luis were awesome technicians that came over to install bathroom fans for our 100 year old house. They worked tirelessly to get things installed. They were good with our dogs. They took pride in the work and were respectful of keeping areas cleaned and tidy and ensured the patch work after they were done was manageable with some paint. Thanks again AC for a great job.

Installed a whole house Generator. The installation was very professional, from base to meter. I have used them before for other smaller jobs, and called them back for the generator. Guys were Great (and gal) Highly Recomend

AC did some electrical on a house I bought. They did a good job but came back after doing $4K worth of work and said they found the outlets weren’t grounded and gave another quote. The seller paid for the work so this was upsetting as it fell on me and I had told him the outlets weren’t grounded. However since he upgraded my panel I thought the outlets would be fine as there was a note saying they’d test outlets after. To ground 6 outlets I was quoted $3,650 and to ground 1 in the basement closest to panel was almost $1k. That math didn’t make sense to me. I was told about their financing and checked it out and it’s all 3rd party predatory lenders. I have 650 fico credit and all financing was 84%-134% interest which I didn’t know was even allowed. Not sure why they’d even associate themselves with lenders that would take advantage of people like that. The work that was done was good, they even came back and fixed some things they forgot to put back and clean up. I just felt the last quote I was given (grounding one outlet) was highly inflated and their financing options are really predatory. They should be doing business with a reputable lender. 84% is ridiculous.

We love AC Electric, their work is impeccable. They are very professional, efficient and knowledgeable; what you need most when it comes to electrical work. We had flood motion lights installed in the back and on the side our home. I love that they also installed an inside light switch where we can turn the light out all together if we wanted to. They are on time and work in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again for other electrical installations. I highly recommended them, they are worth it!

AC Electric did a phenomenal job helping us out when half our power went out both the morning of our kids’ birthday party and also throughout the process to get everything fixed! They were able to quickly route electrical to pivotal points of our house while the larger issue was being figured out. They also clearly walked us through each stage of the process to make us feel comfortable and confident in the work being done. Excellent work! William, the service manager, was fabulous from the initial consultation to the end of the work. I appreciated that he stopped in to see how the team was doing. The team that did our electrical work (John, Reggie, and Ian) was great. They were professional, courteous, on time, and we're very pleased with the work they did. We had ceiling lights put in that needed to be in wire moulding as the house was built without overhead lights in most of the rooms. We had a ceiling fan installed, under cabinet LED lights, plus other work. I really appreciated that the team members would ask us for clarification when they weren't sure or if they thought what we wanted wasn't the best solution--they were right every time. We will definitely use AC Electric again.

We have an old home so our electric system can be confusing. AC Electric are experts. They installed ceiling lights, ceiling fan and completed some electrical repairs. Their work was efficient. They are very experienced and professional. I found them while they were doing work on my neighbor’s house. Our neighbor was happy with AC Electrics work, and so are we. I recommend for sure!

Old home had frayed live wire where exhaust fan over stove had been removed. William (Field Supervisor) was timely, professional, and completed the work quickly. Fair price too! I' d used AC Electric again for certain and recommend to others.

AC Electric gave me a quote to install a bathroom exhaust fan with a multifunction switch (fan speed, night light, etc.), a modern rocker switch next to it, and two GFCI outlets by the vanity. All wiring was coming from existing power sources — no crazy access issues, no drywall mess.

Their quote? $2,471.50. That’s absolutely ridiculous for a job that should realistically cost $900–$1,400 total, including labor and upgraded parts.

The materials themselves run $400 or less, which means they’re charging over $2,000 for labor on a basic half-day job. I don’t know who’s approving prices like that, but it feels like a total ripoff. Definitely shop around before hiring these guys.

I recently used AC electric for a service call after I got a huge estimate from another company which claimed I needed new circuits installed for a broken light. William, AC's Technician, came and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed my overhead lights, saving me thousands of dollars off the other company's fix. I will be using AC in the future.

They did a great job fixing up the electric in my house! William came out to do some initial work and give me a quote, and he found some issues my home inspector missed. Jose and Estevania did the bulk of the work, and they did an excellent job. Everyone was professional, skilled, and enjoyable to be around.

Another electrical company told me I needed to dig up my brick patio in order to correct an electrical problem. I contacted AC Electric and they determined the problem was in the garage. That saved me a great deal of money. The workers were polite and made repairs in a timely fashion.

My mother in law lost power in one of her phases coming into her house. I contacted AC Electric to assess the problem. They sent Todd Fowler out and he did a great job of locating the break in the line. He came back out to do the repair and did a great job with that. She now has full power in the house again.
