Great service

This is the second time we used Surprise Flooring - Carpet Tile Laminate and we are really happy with the results. Tim Clark came out, remembered us, was very pleasant, and made the estimate quick and painless. The flooring we ordered ended up coming early, so they were able to start the job early as well.

Jed and his team were called in to restore life to a Floor that was very old. His team performed exactly as Jed had described. They were professional and very efficient. When they were completed, the floor looked amazing.

They were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice. Did a deep clean and disinfect of my slate tile floors and wood floors. Techs were friendly, professional, and worked fast. Even did a walkthrough twice to make sure they didn’t miss spots. I would recommend this company if you need floors cleaned.

Really great crew. Very friendly and genuinely conscientious about the space and how best to approach the cleaning. They asked a lot of questions and made great recommendations. They did an outstanding job cleaning my light cream colored Berber carpets. 20 years of pet and kid stains disappeared and made the carpet look and smell new, which made it easier to sell my home.

After selling my home I moved into a temporary rental, which had really old, filthy, stained carpets that the landlord claimed to have cleaned. I had Superior carpet come out and clean at the rental and once again they did an amazing job. Stains and smells all disappeared. I highly recommend!

I'm normally not one to write reviews but I'm extremely impressed with the way my carpet turned out. It's been several weeks now and the carpet still looks and feels amazing! With an aging dog and a 6 year old son, I really had no hope. Thanks again Jed!

We have been using Jed and his team for over 20 years and would not use anyone else. They make both old and newer carpeting appear brand new. Josh and Dante were prompt, polite and worked extremely hard to do a great job quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about them!
