Jed and his team did a fantastic job. The apartment I had moved into at the time had very dirty floors and Superior made them look like new. They made sure to provide great customer service and satisfaction.

Warren and the crew were prompt and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished the whole house in just under two hours. I appreciated all of this because we only had a small window for them to complete the job. The owner assured me they would be finished within that time frame. We spent some time the night before picking up and vacuuming so the cleaners could be in and out without too much extraneous labor. It really made it easy the day of the cleaning. The owner even stopped by to see how the job was coming along. That kind of attention to detail and customer service is hard to find these days. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

I would highly recommend superior carpet.
We had blood stains that badly stained our carpet and I called superior carpet to come and see if they could get it out. Not only were they here within two hours but the carpet looks a good as new. The staff was very professional and friendly and they wore masks. I will definitely not hesitate to use them again

Great professional service and quality work. This company has done several jobs for me at rentals homes I have. Some of the carpet has been through some tuff costumers and superior carpet care has brought those carpets back to life. Highly recommended.

I am in the process of selling my parents home and the carpets have not been professionally cleaned in years. I contacted Superior Carpet and went through the details of what we needed during their visit. The cleaning technician called me the morning of my appointment to review the specifics once again in order to confirm all the details. The work was done in a very professional and timely manner and I was extremely happy with the results! The carpets look fresh once again and is exactly what the home needed. It was fast and easy to make an appointment that worked around my own work schedule.
The crew was 10/15 minutes late, but called me to let me know they got caught in a traffic jam on the freeway.
The crew was very professional, friendly, and to be honest, there were a couple of pet stains that were nasty, but they got them all out.
A job well done, would highly recommend Superior.

Jed has been doing the carpets in the Snack Shop at Pine Ridge Country Club for years. As if cleaning the carpet wasn't enough, we added the rubber floors in the restrooms and hallway. I did not think they'd come clean. They were downright filthy !

Fantastic! Jed and his crew cleaned the dog and dirt out of the carpet of our new home. They refluffed the matted down traffic areas and gave them a like new appearance. They also did an awesome job on the ceramic tile. The black grout stains, from years of neglect, were removed and it really brightened up the whole house. What a difference! We love the job they did!

They did an amazing job!! I moved into a new building & they had already had the carpet cleaned prior to me moving in but it still had stains everywhere. I decided to see if having someone else come in & do it again would help. It looks brand new now!! Jed Schriebman & his guys were professional, courteous, clean & fast & did a great job! They did a great job getting stains out my basement carpet! I recently bought a house and thought I would have to replace the carpet because of how stained up it was but now I don’t have to! Very clean, neat and professional. Did a great job cleaning my carpet. Best company I have used. All dried quickly except stairs took a little longer but still quicker than any past experience I have had. The price was reasonable too.

Excellent results. ALWAYS on time. My carpets always feel almost new when they leave. I have 2 large dogs and a 6 year old boy who seem to make it their mission to track as much dirt and grime into the house as they can. From spilled milk to making "mud angels" my carpets have seen it all, and Superior makes sure we dont have to see it anymore after they've performed their magic. The service is fantastic. They work around my schedule. The prices are excellent. The technicians are friendly and communicative. Cant recommend them highly enough
