I was assigned this company by my home warranty company to fix my heat and air conditioning in May. When the technician first arrived he had a rude attitude. He asked what happened and I explained to him that my heat stopped working a month prior (April) and I tried to use my air conditioning and its not working also and proceeded to show him my crawl space where my furnace is located. He then replied I'm only here for the air conditioning where is that unit at. Then I showed him the unit outside. He stayed outside for a few minutes and then said I have to order a part and it will take a week. I WAITED 3 WEEKS with no call. I contacted my home warranty company, they didnt recieve any feedback from the company. After numerous unsuccessful tries to contact this company by my home warranty company,my home company made me whole and I was refunded my trade call fee and was sent another company (at no cost) which now has me sitting in the cool. This company is very rude and unprofessional please go with another company!!!!!
