My only interaction with JV Janitorial Services was being catcalled by one of their drivers (inside the JV Janitorial Services van) as I was walking my dog in Shaker Heights. Based off that experience, it's clear they are trash. I would never feel safe having them clean my office or house.

From start to finish, they were prompt, professional, very respectful, they made sure to ask about any specific areas I wanted them to focus on and extra. If anyone has something bad to say about this company it's because they have a poor work ethic or lack common sense. Everything is throughly explained during your 5 module training, instead of throwing the franchisee to the wolves Janpro gives you mock training in a facility with experienced owners. Terrell is a straight forward guy him and his wife know what there talking about. It's sad that the guy who ranked them one star did so w/o giving a reason why he felt Janpro was a poor fit.
