I don't know anything about the quality of their cleaning services, but I have repeatedly asked them to stop sending me emails. They do not seem to understand, but I certainly wish they would stop blasting my inbox with useless spam. Never used them, never will.

We love janpro! They are so friendly and actually care about the work they are doing :) we trust them and have been with them for a very long time.

I love the fact that Karen is so quick to return calls and help us in every way possible! Karen is a great face for Jan-Pro~! Out of curiosity does this company have a boss by the name of Kathy or Mitchell?? I got treated the same way but didn't get much info on who their boss was.

Piggy backing off of what Peerrecoveryspecialist said; this is same person as per recovery, I have contacted the company numerous times and have yet to get a response. It is now March which is three months past December and I have yet to hear from anyone about the money that is owed to us for the work we’ve done. Again, I wouldn’t work for or hire such a scammer company.

This team does a great job cleaning and they are very quick. We have a sizable house and they are out in 90 minutes which is great when you are working from home or at home during the day.
