I was very impressed with my first trip to Highland today. They had almost every annual, perennial & vegetable I was looking for & a few I wasn’t, but they were so big and healthy i couldn’t resist a few more. All of them were healthier and larger than I’ve seen at other garden centers & the woman in the greenhouse was both very knowledgeable and helpful. They also had many beautiful shrubs, trees, pottery and an abundance of statues, many were definitely kitschy, like Bigfoot and indian statues, but a few were classic and unique.

The only issue I had was with the triple-shredded bark mulch i had delivered; much of it appeared to be double shredded, at best, as it had large chunks of wood + cost of delivery was steep at $65 even though I’m only 5 miles away. So overall very disappointed in that - certainly not up to their standards of their plants, & will not get their mulch again.

But I highly recommend and will be back for plants in the future.

They have drunks and drug dealers working there this place should have police on there trail

I asked the owner to help me purchase a tree for a family member whose husband died to plant in their yard. They did a fantastic job getting us a beautiful tree. It was put in a great place in honor of my cousin's husband. Thanks Cirino Landscaping!

First and foremost I've never done actual any business with this company in regards to the services they offer. But my experience with "Mike Cirino" company and affiliates came at the expense of one of his Unlicensed and Uninsured employees backing into my Jeep while it was parked on Wilson Mills at Huntington Bank. Not only did the Illegal driver smash into my trucks rear, he then proceeded to flee the scene only to be chased down and stopped by Euclid police.

After calling his listed number(lousy cell phone) and received no response/return the police reached him and I was told he'd resolve the matter and I'd be expecting a call from him or his insurance to address and amicably resolve the issue. The 24hr grace period my insurance instructed me to honor passed and we received no call from anyone from his company nor insurance.

Needless to say I'll have to file the claim with my insurance which will pursue this to the highest degree and I'm now 100% going to notify everyone within my power about this janky, nonethical business they're attempting to run. Not only does he hire anyone for cheap labor, they also aren't required to even be licensed drivers or insured but are allowed to drive a massive dump truck with no certification.

Seeing how he handles matters not directly related to a customer that is this severe and required immediate resolution I can only imagine if a poor job was done how he'd actually have any sense of urgency to resolve the matter or at the least show some decent morality and make amends.

PLEASE TAKE HEED BEFORE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY AND ANYONE AFFILIATED THESE ARE NOT PEOPLE OF ANY DECENT ETHICS OR INTEGRITY!

I almost never leave bad reviews, but what I witnessed was so dangerous and disgraceful that it cannot be ignored. While merging in traffic, the driver aggressively cut me off, creating a clear safety hazard. As if that wasn’t enough, he then flipped me off in broad daylight, in full view of everyone, while sitting behind the wheel of a company vehicle.

This isn’t just about rudeness—it’s about safety, accountability, and the complete lack of professionalism. If a driver feels comfortable endangering others and behaving this aggressively while representing their company, what does that say about the level of care, respect, and responsibility they show to customers? If they can’t be trusted to share the road safely, how can they be trusted with the safety and service of paying clients?

Carrying yourself this way in a company vehicle, without a second thought for how it reflects on your employer, shows a total disregard for community standards and basic human decency. If this is the kind of behavior tolerated, it speaks volumes about the company itself.

My warning is simple: do not book with this company. Safety and professionalism should come first, and clearly, that is not the case here.

Lewis really knows how to make things look great. I was able to work alongside him this summer, and he totally transformed lawns, patios, etc. I was also able to work alongside with him, and his nephew to build a play gym that the company messed up in the order, but they both still built it anyway. Great business. 😄👍

Lewis did a great job on our paver patio and surrounding landscape. We couldn’t be happier with the final product. He knows how to work with your vision and creates something special.

Lewis is a master at landscaping. He knows everything about trees, plants, flowers. Mulching, planting grass, etc. He works alone with only one helper and gets the job done at large properties with swimming pools and tennis courts.

Great Company, Great Crew, Great Ideas

Very professional team. They did an amazing job on our paver patio. They were on time and consulted when needed. Competitive prices. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very professional crew. Scheduled the work quickly, arrived 15 mins early the day of the job, and finished on time despite some nasty weather. They did quality work and we would use them again.

We were beyond pleased with the work they did on our retaining walls. They started prior to the scheduling start date and completed a very timely fashion. We would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone in need of great service and a great product.

They show up here and have zero common courtesy or respect to anyones property. Rip my fence down and take my lock with it. A simple knock on my door to let me know when they actually show up to do the work would have been nice to get. Next day day start before 7am radio blaring talking laughing loud compressor going. I have 2 kids sleeping.
Again not one knock on my door. Complete disrespect for anyone living where they work at..

When we recently moved to a new house, the first thing we did (even before we broke ground) was to call T.J. and get him lined up to do our new patio with fire pit, table and lighting. He had done one for us at our old house and we could not do without something similar at the new place. What we didn't realize at the time was that we were also going to have some issues with the grade of our property. T.J. was able to take care of that at the same time incorporating a retaining wall along with natural steps, walkway and lighting to the new patio. His work (along with a knowledgeable crew) is top-notch and the job is done in one shot, as opposed to "when we can get to it". We are out there all the time (weather permitting) and the neighbors also find the patio a welcome hangout spot. Thanks T.J.

I am bragging all over the place about my new patio and landscaping. TJ and his crew are consumate professionals, detail oriented, skillful and conscientious. I could not be any more pleased with the outcome of the work. Outstanding quality and value. Looking forward to having TJ do my next project.

They put in a large, new stone patio in our yard. They were collaborative, creative and did a quality job on the brickwork. Would highly recommend them.

If you want a worry free, outstanding job, use T.J. Farinacci. They just completed a project at my home and they exceeded the high standard level for which they are known. The crew was expert, meticulous, thorough, hard working, professional and friendly. No detail was ignored. Any situation that could lead to a potential future problem was addressed, even if it was not apparent at the start of the project. It really could not have been better.

TJ and his crew did an excellent job on our paver patio. He had great communication throughout the process and his crew did a knock-out job. They took their time and did things the right way. We’re very satisfied!

I had previously used T J Farinacci for a smaller job to replace and improve my front walkway. I was so impressed with the outcome I decided to hire them to rebuild my ugly broken and uneven patio and to build a rather large garden box.
I initially requested they remove and replace the awning and support posts, mainly cause they were outdated and ugly. TJ suggested that I just cover them, make them more attractive to save money. Why didn't I think of that!?
Not only did the crew do a exceptional job on the patio and garden box but, at no additional charge, improved my downspouts and gutters, and added finishing touches to the overall design to improve the water dispersal from rain water run off! NO CHARGE! Who does that? They do!
They got to work early EVERY DAY, cleaned up EVERY DAY and were hard working and professional.
I am beyond pleased with the finished product and would recommend T J Farinacci Landscaping without HESITATION!

TJ and his crew have completed 3 projects for us over the years. There is a reason we are repeat customers. Their hardscaping skills are unparalleled, but we also had him install a lawn and beds/trees for us. The craftsmanship is top notch. TJ followed through with everything he promised us, including coming back to perform warranty work without any issues. You can't go wrong.

We had a $10K yard drainage project done a few months ago. TJ was very informative and responsive throughout. His crew worked hard and respected our property. So far - the drains are working. I would definitely work with him again.
