Jacob and his team are absolutely phenomenal; I won't have anyone else touch our HVAC now. They've helped us with our hot water heater, they've installed brand new AC unit and furnace and helped with duct work. Jacob is honest but very kind, knowledgeable and down to earth- you know youre talking to a real person who cares about his customers and his work- not just another salesman looking to make money. He's willing to work with people around their budget and to fit all of their needs which was a huge plus for us, considering we were quoted $18k-$30k from other big name companies. With Hardin Bros we got better service, better care and spent well under half of what it would've cost us anywhere else. He's the absolute best, we won't go to anyone else from now on. 10/10 recommend! Hardin Bros have customers for life with us!

Jacob and his team do a great job of communicating, they perform great work, are very knowledgeable about the different HVAC systems and what systems works best for different applications, and they are very fair in pricing. I would highly recommend this trust worthy HVAC contractor for both full home duct/furnace/AC installation and smaller service work.

Hardin Bros came out for a routine maintenance check and replaced a part. Unfortunately 2 days later, our furnace stops working. They come out immediately that morning and figure out what needs fixed. They work from 9 am till 2pm and make sure everything is repaired and we won’t have any additional issues. They’re a great HVAC company and can be trusted

We have our furnace & air conditioner checked yearly. All of the techs have been great.

My furnace stopped working and called Hardin Bros bc they were close to my house. The owner took my call and set up a same day appointment with me. I received text message updates about when the technician was to arrive. They arrived promptly on time and diagnosed my issue. They took the time to explain everything that they were doing and what was needed to get me back to a heated home. Their estimate was fair and they were able to source the parts I needed and have the furnace fixed within an hour. If you live near Edgewater, Hardin Bros should be your first call. After parts were installed and furnace was operational, they performed a carbon monoxide test to make sure my unit was safe to operate. I did not feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of.

Following regular service, our furnace stopped working. The owner of the company came out after hours to diagnose and repair the issue.

We started using Hardin Bros HVAC after another HVAC company went ghost on us. Jacob came out promptly and fixed everything for us! We've used him ever since for all of our heating/cooling services including our routine maintenance. I don't even have to call, Jacob always makes sure he's here when the time comes around and is quick to respond when we have an emergency. We are more than happy with the service we have received and plan to keep using Hardin Bros HVAC for all of our heating/cooling needs!

I have used Hardin Bros. for several jobs in Cleveland and Lakewood. For each job, they have done great work. Scheduling is quick and easy and the work that is done is done correctly and at a fair price.

In two different instances, other HVAC contractors have been unable to diagnose and/or fix the issue I was having. I had Hardin come out and not only diagnose the problem I was having, but fix them as well.

They know their furnaces and boilers for sure. I had them come and check them both out at my two properties. Very knowledgeable and shared with me great tips on how to maintain them. Will continue using them for sure!

I have a home warranty and they sent Hardin Bros HVAC out to do the service. I don't pay for maintenance so I couldn't tell you what the cost would've been. However,the technician they sent out was quick and thorough, friendly and reapectful.

The technicians are always friendly and respectful of my home. They do a great job and having them come out twice a year to maintain my HVAC has proven to be a great decision!
