Got furnace working...knowledgeable, prompt, 2nd furnace got working...other place said I needed $359 valve...not true

Jacob is amazing from his professionalism to his ability to diagnose and repair my furnace in a timely manner. Heather and Krista in the office were helpful and got me scheduled asap!

I just needed a yearly maintenance check on my furnace. I was able to book an appointment for the following week. The technician sent me a text that he was on the way and arrived at the time I had scheduled. I use them every year and have never had any problem with my furnace.

Hardin Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning. Jacob answered my call for AC not cooling. He looked at the system saw there had been some loctite used on the condenser and determined more issues with the system. He ordered the things he needed quickly schedule me for a Saturday install had the unit up and running in 4 days from the initial call Fantastic service Jacob and Brandon (Hardin Brothers) are very conscious of the tenants units wearing shoe covers every time. Can only say they are Great Efficient hardworking and professional. I will give them a call to service my home for the winter tune upon on my heating systems. I highly recommend them

We had a major issue with the heat from our commercial roof top unit for our little pet shop. The whole team was great! Very responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the defective parts, found the replacements, and got our unit repaired. Now our critters are toasty warm for the winter!

The repair man, Matt, was so good. He explained every step to me of the furnace repair. He repaired it and then cleaned it. Also, he was quick and fast. He said he wasn't leaving that day until my heat was on. I really appreciated that. Excellent job. I would highly recommend this company, Hardin Bros. HVAC, to everyone. They really care about you and they know what they are doing.

I had Brian come in to braise and finish a central AC line set with tpx valve. He was able to install everything and make sure it was all working before leaving. Price was fair considering what he had to work with (me attempting to install everything myself and him fixing my errors).
