We had Anderson replace our entire heating and air conditioning system. They came out within hours of our call and inspected our system and gave us our options and an estimate on the spot. They set up a time to install and had their crew there in a timely manner. They were very efficient with their work and were very clean and considerate. We bought the upgraded system and couldn't be happier. The temperature never changes in the house, is spread out evenly and is so quiet that you cannot hear it. We highly recommend Anderson Automatic!!!

If you want honest, fair and reliable HVAC this is your company. I've used Anderson for 20 years or more and I won't consider anyone else. They don't price gouge and their techs are all super professional. Use them once, you'll see.

I have been using Anderson Automatic for over 8 years - they are great! I recently had a probe. With my AC. They responded the same day I called during a hot spell and replaced my out side unit the next morning!

Called last night and left message on ans. machine about our water heater. (making noises) Got a call back first thing this morning! Was advised that someone would be here within 30 min. Raymond and Doug were here and did a diagnosis on my water heater. Based on their findings I decided to have a new water heater installed. Raymond was very helpful, friendly and answered my questions. My current water heater was purchased 14 yrs ago come September same time as Anderson installed my new furnace.

Within an hour and a half Zack and Jeff were here to install my new water heater!

I have been a customer of Anderson Automatic for many years. I have always had great service from them. And, have found them honest and helpful too.

I have worked with Anderson Automatic for a number of years and have always found them to be reliable and fast. Two weeks ago, my AC stopped working. I called them, and they had a technician out the next day. Two days after that, the unit had been replaced and everything is working perfectly. Cannot thank them enough.

Anderson is amazing!! We called late on a Saturday, they came on Monday to assess our old ac, and by Tuesday evening we had a brand new unit!! Everyone we dealt with was very polite and offered sound advice and were very professional. I cannot recommend Anderson enough!!

My Uncle and mother had been using Anderson for something like 50 years. Now that I own the house I have continued to use them and they have always gone out of their way to provide us with fast service and quality work. We can trust them in our home and always know they will do the right thing with our systems as they have installed all them through the years.

I just had a new heater installed. I like when people show up when they set a time and complete the work as planned. The home office was quick to set up an install date 5 days out from my furnace quitting. They showed up at 8 am as planned with all the tools and equipment required. They stayed till the end of the day and the entire job was completed, cleaned up and tested. Yeh company service and install team were awesome. I highly recommend them.

This is a wonderful company. I’ve done business with them for several years. This week they installed a new air conditioner. The installers were courteous and very efficient. Prior to the instruction they carefully explained all my options. My old air conditioner was also purchased and installed by them. It lasted 15 years. This is a trustworthy company who shows up when they say they will and completes the job in a timely manor. Thank you Anderson for a job well done!!

I had Anderson install a downdraft vent for a pop up stove top ventilation hood. They were the only heating/air company willing to do it. Gave me a fair price and did an excellent job. Chad and the installer were both great. Very clean work and finished product. Definitely recommend!

Zach helped me get a good replacement unit for my current one that was failing. Install took no time, but they did have to correct the fins.

Anderson Automatic takes care of not only me but my parents, and grandparents. They are efficent, honest, and worth every penny I have spent. I have an old heat/air unit that they have helped maintain and made buying a new A/C unit today easy, and stress free. Mark, one of the technicians was honest, and tried everything he could to fix my unit before realizing I needed a new unit. Thank you Anderson for helping to keep me cool in the summer!

They did a great job putting in my new HVAC system. Thorough and professional job. Got it done in less than a day. Only issue was they rold me I would be eligible for a $1200 tax credit but it was only $600 so my cost was $600 higher then they quoted me. That hurt when you are already spending big dollars.

I had them come out to check my furnace and was told I needed a new one . The Tech then went into detail why I needed a new one and suggested which furnace would be best for my home. Mind you the furnace I had was over 25 years old and had been rebuilt once by my previous heating and air guy that has retired. The tech was honest and didn’t try to up charge me as some company try to do.
The guy that came out install was amazing, he replaced everything . Which in the past should have been done but wasn’t done . There was no additional fee to the price I was quoted either and everything was picked up and gone when they were finished .
Everyone one I encountered from the being to the end were amazing !

We called Anderson because, of course, our AC was out. We had several calls out to other repair services in the area since it was a hot day, and most of the estimated response times were either late in the day or the following day.

Another company ended up arriving early, so we immediately called Anderson back and told them to cancel the service call—this was at least an hour, if not two, in advance. Despite this, the Anderson service technicians still showed up. We explained that we had already called dispatch and cancelled the request. The technician stated he hadn’t been notified and admitted that there have been communication issues in the past.

A week or two later, we received a service call bill for over $100. It should be noted that the dispatcher never mentioned a service call fee, and the technicians never entered our house or even looked at our AC unit—no actual work was done. We called and explained the situation and that we had cancelled well in advance. The woman on the phone simply said, “We’ll look into it.”

Having multiple units in our home, Anderson Automatic always allows for enough time to properly care for our units - which keeps them running longer and efficiently. If there is a need for additional service, they always explain why - very professional company!

We called and spoke to Joe that night and had a tech here the next morning! Our furnace needed replaced they called the office spoke with Zack and got us set up for a new install the following morning! Also helped us with financing and everything! Absolutely amazing crew from the first service tech, the installer, and Zack and Joe Meyer all absolutely amazing 10 out of 10 recommend using them for any of your HVAC needs!

Our aging furnace started to just put out cool air, with dropping temperatures in the house, and freezing temps outside. Anderson sent out a tech that same afternoon who informed us that the heat exchanger had blown, and the CO levels were dangerous, thankfully being vented out of the house, but apt to cause a fire if furnace was left on. Raymond informed us that the furnace had to be turned off, and that he would arrange for a new furnace install the next morning. The install team, with Steve and guys were at our home early in the AM, and went to work replacing the old and putting in the new Carrier. They were patient, informative, polite, and insistent on cleaning up any mess! They also refused to install 2 furnaces that they had brought which were damaged, so went to the Carrier facility to find one that looked good. They also showed me what exactly they had installed with the new furnace, its details, etc etc. We've used this company for over 20 years, and have been pleased with their competence and honesty.

Our carbon monoxide alarm went off this afternoon and Anderson came out in less than an hour. They are installing a new furnace tomorrow. I’ve been a customer for at least 15 years and trust them completely. Their technicians are always competent and courteous. This is the kind of service you want when the temperatures are below freezing.

Highly recommend this company, they came on top as for pricing and quality equipment for our church back when we was in the market for replacing our A/C and Heating systems. This company is not only professional but very efficient, reliable and very respectful. West Side Baptist Church is very grateful for this company and the employees that served to help our building be restored to comfort.
