It's been about 20 years since they put my furnace in. I would not let them
come back and do any work due to the unprofessional way they handled
this job. If I could have it to do over, I would NEVER hire Bill Spade to do any work. It was a nightmare dealing with him.

Jason did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and getting the parts to get are geothermal ac up and running and replacing the board ! Highly recommend bill spade for all your electrical needs and geothermal

If I could give negative 1000 stars I would! This company has the worse customer service ever!! I used them through home warranty. They over charged me then didn't fix the problem only to have to come back out to fix it again. My husband left work early to meet them at noon. I get a call from customer service stating where is my husband they are there. I said he is like 5 minutes away. I said it isn't noon yet. They said well they cant wait and then they left before their scheduled time!!!!!! So my husband left work early, got docked then it still wasnt fixed. I called my home warranty department and told them what happened. I said number one do you check companies out before you use them? They had 26 negative complaints at the BBB and secondly do NOT send that lying poor customer service place back out!!!! The other company came out that night even though he was swamped and on the other side of town! Now that is customer service Bill Spade!!!!!!! Also by the way Bill Spade electric deliberately set my unit up so they would have to come back!! What a conartist!!! I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy!!

A thing called marriage! At that time YOUR COMPANY HAD THOSE BBB RATINGS. PEOPLE DONT USE BBB AS MUCH NOW CAUSE THERE ARE GOOGLE REVIEWS!!!! I STILL HAVE COPIES SHALL I PUT THEM ON HERE YOU JERK BILL????? I ALSO HAVE MINE AND YOUR RESPONSES FROM THE BBB. I WOULDNT CALL YOUR COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! Reached out to this company because they were listed as an authorized dealer for the brand of equipment (Rheem) I had at my home. What a pleasant customer service experience it turned out to be! The service techs were knowledgable and thorough and the lady in customer service/scheduling was a veritable breath of fresh air. I felt like a valued customer and would readily recommend them to my family and friends. They were friendly, transparent, showed up on time and did good quality work. I appreciate their professionalism !

Bill spade electric is amazing! The office staff is so polite , and very responsive! If I have a problem or need to schedule routine maintenance It’s fairly easy and in return with fast and great service. Bill spade is a great local business I will continue to support . I can't rate this company low enough. I had high humidity (70%). 6 calls for routine and service in 2023. Total costs $1,095. They found nothing and advised me to buy a dehumidifier. This year, I switched companies. Long story short, my problem was that no one had changed the furnace filter since 2020!! It now works just fine. I sent the company an email with 3 pictures (the filter, and of the company bill headings of 6 bills). They didn't have the decency to contact me. VERY POOR FURNACE SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE.

I had a recognizable HVAC company that has funny commercials on the radio come out when my heat was not working correctly. They said I needed a whole new furnace even though my unit is only 5 years old , to the tune of 17k. My awesome tech Jason came out and discovered some numbers were way out of whack . He did some adjustments and now my heat is working great ! Jason took the time to explain all those numbers to me and put me at ease that my HVAC does not need to be replaced. They definitely have a lifetime customer in me and I can't thank Jason enough for all his hard work ! Thank you ! I will definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends!

After a lightning strike took out our electric and HVAC, Bill Spade Electric, Heating & Cooling was absolutely incredible. Their team responded quickly and worked double-time to get our system back up and running.
