Moen shower cartridge installation. Another plumber couldn't get the old cartridge out. Said I may have to cut a hole in my wall to access the valve. Roberts came and in 45 minutes had the old one out and the new one in, VERY PLEASED

If I could give a zero, I would. They came for a simple job -- put new tank guts in two toilets. The guys were nice, but now as of the very next day, neither toilet works properly! One runs intermittently and so I've had to turn the water off from the wall. The other one is leaking from the tank and because of that, I have a puddle about 10 feet around in my basement. They also did not give me any type of price or invoice when they left, though I asked. Said they would mail me one. Now I figure they can tell me I owe anything they want to tell me, and possibly charge me more for having to come out and fix the awful job they did the first time. Ridiculous.

I will begin by saying the main plumbing job of our supply line replacement was quoted, planned and completed efficiently, correctly + in a timely manner, however - communication has been an extremely weak point.

Communication throughout the entire process has been quite the headache -- with me as the customer calling repeatedly for confirmation on when the crew will actually show up for the main job; and still now 2 months after the completion of the main plumbing line replacement job - trying to get a straight answer on when the sidewalk that was ripped up will be repaired.

I was initially told they would be back in 4 weeks after the ground had time to settle (understandable) - but after multiple phone calls trying to make sure we're still on the radar, and being reassured that yes, we will be taken care of week after week - I was told they would be here today (9.24.25) + not surprisingly, no one showed up.

I've worked in customer service my entire life - I'm fully aware things come up, especially with contracted groups completing jobs - but it's getting ridiculous now that a full 60 days after the initial job was completed, the scope of the work has not been fulfilled in it's entirety. Maintaining communication with customers is a lost, but necessary art, and moreover - reassuring customers that something will be done on a certain day, and then failing to do so time and time again, is frustrating beyond explanation.

Since emailing and calling and speaking with the office manager on multiple occasions doesn't seem to garner much attention, I'm resorting to a public review in the hopes that we'll have our sidewalk fully intact before it starts getting into fall and winter. We chose to have the job done by end of July to allow time for the job to be fully completed before the fall and winter.

As explained over the phone yesterday - our sidewalk not being repaired is not only an eyesore, but it's a safety hazard that would fall on our backs if an insurance claim was made. We have a wheelchair user in the neighborhood that has had to go into the street to pass by our house because of the state of our sidewalk.

I was charged a service call fee (&39.95) when I called to tell Neyer that they accidentally unsealed my toilet when they fixed my bathroom pipe that broke during the last very cold spell. There is very little space between where the pipes are located and my toilet. Neyer came out and looked at it and said they did not cause the damage and it would cost over $175 to fix something that was not broken prior to their service. My toilet bowl never moved before their pipe work.

We needed the Roman faucet replaced in our master bathroom. It was a difficult replacement due to the confined space. Nathan did a fantastic job with the replacement faucet.

We had a pipe break under our brand new concrete we just poured around our pool. Im so glad I had neyer plumbing recommended by a buddy of mine. They were all super professional and had the job completed in a day that would have taken me a week by myself. Brandon R, Jacob V, and Jayden G respected my property and were great to deal with. NEYER PLUMBING should give these guys a raise. Its hard to find good company's that dont rip you off these days. In my experience, Neyer Plumbing is top notch, thanks again 👍!

Doug and Nathan did an install of a new outside faucet that had leaked into our basement, relocated a new pressure relief valve and installed a new water softener. Very happy with their work. I will highly recommend Ken Neyer Plumbing.

Mark was great! He came earlier this week and quoted the job and gave me advice along the way. He replaced a vanity, sink and faucet but also the shutoff valves and trap. He was efficient and got the job done, cleaned up and was out of my place in a very efficient manner. I have him quoting other jobs and would have him back any time. And the office staff I spoke with were also great. Very friendly and helpful. I'll recommend Ken Neyer Plumbing to anyone who asks!

Had my main water line burst, and Wayne came out promptly to inspect and provide a detailed quote. He verified what work was needed before starting. Both Wayne and Jacob were extremely professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions along the way. Excellent service!

I had an issue with both the water and gas line. I'm happy with the repair work done. Mark and Jayden were prompt, professional, and thorough in fixing the problem. I feel confident in the quality of the repairs. I really appreciate the care they took in making sure the work was done right. Also I want to recognize Lisa for her kindness and communication.

I had them out to inspect and jet my sewer line. The techs, August and Brandon, were great -- they were clear with their explanations, quick (but complete) with the work, and left the work space clean. The service cost was competitive (with no surprises) and the service itself was excellent. I am happy to recommend the team at Ken Neyer Plumbing and will be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

Dre did a great job. We were very impressed with his professionalism, courtesy, and thoroughness. Dre walked us through everything he was going to do before he did it, explained the repair, cleaned and double and triple check before leaving. Great experience.

August came over to my house to check on a few plumbing issues. He was respectful, informative, gave helpful suggestions and was not pushy. The team at Neyer is great and we’ve always been happy with their service.

Update 1/29: Early this week Mark and Wayne came over to install a water softener. Great guys! They did great work.

Professional and courteous, Mark & Noah arrived on time and had our water heater installed quickly and efficiently. All my questions were answered so I knew what was happening and why. The office personnel were also friendly. Great Customer Service all around.

The technician was great and did a fantastic job. Was on time, actually earlier than time quoted and got the job done quickly. He was very professional and respectful. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone!
