I've had two teams come out for two different jobs, one remodeling and one installing new equipment. Both times, the plumbers made sure they were doing what I wanted, even if it deviated from what was bid. They were personable and courteous, and did clean professional work.

Two people recommended Rbt. Jones Plumbing and I am so glad I called them! They were efficient and unblocked 2 sections of my sewer pipe quickly. Dave was especially kind as I was feeling overwhelmed with 6" of water in my basement. I highly recommend them;-)

Mike and Dwayne (sorry if spelled wrong!) installed a gas for our fireplace and a recirculating pump so that we could get hot water to our shower more quickly. They were amazing to work with. They showed up on time, were clean and professional throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend Robert Jones Plumbing.

They respond the same day with service equal to none. Our water heater went out and they were here the same day diagnosing the problem in making the repair. On Christmas Day our kitchen sink stopped up and they were out the same day. I can highly recommend this company for their service and the competence of their employees.

Had Robert Jones plumbing do a big repair of a broken pipe under my basement floor. Something I would never leave to just anyone, have used them for a few years now and always had excellent service. Everyone is always very nice and courteous. Thank you, great job!

One of the guys came to my house and gave me a verbal quote. Called 3 times to get the estimate from them to do the job only to find out the estimate was way more than what was quoted. Long story short they pulled their bid. Always get things in writing. Nice they tell you one thing only to have the estimate way more.

Robert Jones Plumbing is the best. Top quality work can be expected for a great price.
However, I have experienced some miscommunications when dealing with them. I assume it's because they are extremely busy and therefore cannot give them any less than 5 stars.
Without a doubt my first call for any plumbing related needs.

Beware! Long story short: My wife and I called Robert Jones Plumbing to fix a bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain. The plumber came, forced a large auger through our 1.5 inch pipes and punched right through the bottom of a 90 degree bend. Now, if we use the bathroom sink, water gushes into the floor. Robert Jones plumbing washed their hands of the situation, (but obviously not in our broken sink)! They told us they wouldn’t charge us (gee thanks guys!), but that we would need to find another plumber to fix their problem (as well as the original problem for which we called them in the first place!

We called in a contractor to remove part of the floor to get to the leak they caused, and he was scandalized. He said, this would take them no more than about $50 worth of parts and a little labor to replace that bend. He said it is unmistakable that the auger caused the problem, and that he can’t believe they didn’t just apologize and fix the problem at no cost. He said that the position of the hole indicates that it could only be caused by “jamming a large auger through the pipe, rather than gently getting it through the bend. It punched right through the bottom of the bend”.

Additionally, my wife who was home when the original plumber first came to the house, was treated very disrespectfully. He became immediately agitated when she requested a written estimate rather than just let him start working. She had to call me at work to get me to speak with him. He responded shortly and aggressively to respectful questions any homeowner would ask in that situation, and then just left! This whole ordeal has lasted about a week, and we have been without our bathroom sink.

Robert Jones Plumbing has not acted in good faith. They are extremely defensive, very unprofessional, and clearly have not navigated this situation with any concern for ethics, whatsoever. Be very cautious if using this company.

I don’t typically write reviews but the disorganization and lack of respect for people time I had to review this company. Taylor was not on time to the estimate. He also told me it would take a day or two for a quote to come back . It took a week and a day that’s after me calling several times. Then he told when I need to be home instead of what works for me. Then had a man show up out the blue not scheduled a day I wasn’t home because it was never scheduled.. Then called the next day at 7:30 am and scheduled for a day and day of canceled on me. Don’t waste your time with these people. They will waste your time. Especially it Taylor has anything to do with it.

I had Robert Jones do lots of work for me since Feb. they were great and helpful at first and I paid them a lot of money. Then it changed. I had some more issues they started not showing up on time canceling the day of. Then this last time was pretty crazy. I had some leaking pipes in my crawlspace, first they canceled twice the day of. The first guy came and literally put a copper pipe into the grey pipe just stuffed it in there. He did not check any other pipes in the area and guess what they were all leaking as well. The second guy came and then replaced all the work of the first guy. I got home from work checked the area and their was water dripping at a bucket an hour in the crawlspace from a disconnected air conditioner condensation line. I was trying to have the crawl space repaired the next day had an insulation company coming but now all sudden after they left I had some pipe I had never seen dumping water into the crawlspace. I called them right away trying to get them back out and they said no problem they would send the on call guy. The on call guy called and said he was on his way, then never showed. We called until about ten o clock at night trying to get someone out for a large amount of water in my crawlspace and they then proceeded to just ignore us. Next day they claimed on call guy was supposed to tell us he wasn't coming....well it was an emergency that they told us they were coming then blew us off and acted like it was OK, not to count how much water got dumped in my crawlspace. That day the guy came back to repair that ac line they had two guys run the ac line outside. When they were leaving they proceeded to run over my flowerpot (like a big giant flowerpot) solar light and my pole wit my address on it. They did not come in and tell me it wasn't until later that it was discovered and I can see them do it on my ring camera. They backed up, stopped then got out did something then drove off. I contacted Robert Jones they asked me to send pictures which i did, they said the owner Bob Jones (owner) would contact me it has been well over a week. We then got a bill for 2500 dollars including the work from the first guy that the 2nd guy replaced. I would be careful with this company and their customer service is well as you can pretty terrible. Thanks

I have used them in the past and the work that was done was fine. I called this time for a water heater that wasn't working. They came promptly and found the breaker had been tripped. They flipped on the breaker and charged $184.00. Seems a little steep to me.

Excellent service and professionalism from this west side company. I had a hot water tank replaced at my home. The service rep was promptly on time and very friendly. He removed the old tank and had a nice new one installed in a couple hours and when he left the work area was spotlessly clean and he explained some steps to take to insure long life from the water heater. If I need a professional plumber, this is my first call.

I've had them do two jobs for me now. First was when tree roots backed up in my utility room. They did a wonderful job and told me what I needed to do to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Just had them back to replace kitchen sink, underneath pipes, remove garbage disposal, and replace outdoor hose pipe. Nick did a great job at a fair price. They had given me a time of between 9-12. He called at 8 to make sure he had what was need, and was here by 9:05. They will be my go to for all plumbing needs.

Had Robert Jones out to replace part of my water lines to the basement wash tub and the valves for my hot and cold water, they went above and beyond and installed not only the new valves, pipes and faucet that I requested but also water shut off valves and even cleaned my drain and tested my washer cycle before leaving. The guys did an excellent job, did the job with care and at a very reasonable cost. Appreciate the fine work. The person who initially took my service request was also very helpful and kind. Good experience.

Nick came for our initial call and assisted with clearing our pipe, he noticed some early pitting in our pipes and came back two days later to fix the issue. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Everything was completed with no issues, and all for a reasonable price.

I want to edit to add that since this review two years ago - we have used Robert Jones Plumbing and had great experiences over and over again with Nick and the office. Any issue that has come up, they have been professional, informational, and thorough. So thankful for this business.

3/29/2024-We started having some plumbing issues with one toilet then the other in the same day, so my landlord decided to call this company. Chris came out & fixed the issue. He did a great job keeping me informed of what he was doing throughout the process. Thorough & professional. Much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

We found this plumbing company a couple of years ago when we wanted to replace our toilets. The installer did an excellent job. We have since had a new faucet put on by Russ. We recently had a leak down in our basement. Russ came and found that our laundry faucets were leaking and water was going downstairs. He was able to replace the faucets and there has been no further leaking. While he was here, Russ put on the new shower head that we had bought. He is always so nice that we request him when we need service. Whenever we call they are very nice and give whatever help we need.

Robert Jones plumbing is an amazing company. They came to my house to remodel two of my bathrooms. Everyday they showed up they had a smile on their faces and were ready to get to work. They were very respectful of my new flooring and put down cloths so they didn’t scratch it. They were very considerate when it was time to turn my water off they let me know ahead of time. They were on time every day and at the end of the day they would clean up their mess like nothing happened. I was more then pleased with the work Robert Jones did. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Robert Jones is an amazing company with great employees and I will call them anytime I need any work done in the future

I was a long-time customer, but after a horrible experience, I will never use Robert Jones Plumbing again.

I remodeled two bathrooms as a general contractor and received a quote from Robert Jones to complete the bathroom rough. Their technician spent all day on the job and essentially did nothing that was discussed but charged us over $3,000. I called to speak to the owner, who told me he would send another technician to review the work. The second individual was unable to address the issues, acknowledged the problems, and billed us for the time.

The bottom line is that they charged me thousands of dollars for work that never got done...TWICE.

I had to hire a different plumber to fix the same problem—and guess what? That plumber showed me step-by-step what needed to be done and charged me a fraction for the work.

I greatly respect this company, but after this experience, I strongly encourage you to consider alternative options.

Robert Jones Plumbing was recommended to me by our office property manager and they have been great! Eric has come out twice to service our garbage disposals and I have always been impressed with how quickly/easily we've been able to schedule the service and communication/coordinating is always excellent. Thank you Robert Jones and Eric!

The Robert Jones Plumbing team replaced my 17 year old recently leaking Rheem water heater with a new White Burford Water Heater with power vent and expansion tank. They arrived on time, brought in and installed new water heater, removed the old one in a matter of hours. They left the area clean, very professional and reasonably priced compared to the competition. I hope this unit will last as long as the last one did.
