I thought I was going to have to spend 100s on a bathtub faucet repair. Luckily, Doug L was able to use his knowledge and plumbing expertise to easily repair my faucet, and I can finally have a hot bath! No mess and at a fraction of what I thought it would cost me. Recommend.

We had something stuck in our shower drain and August and Noah were very knowledgeable and helpful with our situation. They resolved the issue in a very timely manner. Definitely would recommend Neyer plumbing.

August and Mark did a great job cleaning out our downspout drains. They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable regarding our issues. They clearly explained everything they were going to do and gave us options on how to correct our problem now and for the future. They were very friendly, honest and cleaned up when they were finished. Would highly recommended and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Dre did a great job moving the gas lone to our stove. Very courteous and respectful. Same day repair. Will definitely use Neyer Plumbing again!

I wanted to thank both Austin Defffinger, Jeremy Getz and their team for their coordinated efforts in resolving our sewer issues. They were both very considerate and explained everything clearly, prior to beginning the work. This reflects their professionalism and thoughtfulness throughout the process! I would recommend Ken Neyer Plumbing without hesitation.

The drain in my basement backed up and began to flood my house. They came out within about an hour and quickly solved the issue. The price was fair and the gentleman that did the work were professional. My technicians were Brandon and August and I have no complaints with the work they did or their professionalism. Would recommend to anyone.

The company came out quickly and the scheduler, Lisa, was so kind and helpful every time I called. My job quickly became way more involved than initially expected due to a very small crack in the tub discovered by the drain. Dre was the first to come out, he was super nice and a knowledgeable plumber. They expected the more involved job to only take one or two days but ended up being more complex than the experience of the team who were sent. Six different people from the company was sent to work on the job but In the end the right guy arrived to save the day!!!! Marc Ridder was called in and he quickly assessed the job and knew how to solve the issues without a doubt. Marc quickly got to work, worked after hours to get the job done, and he made everything right! He knows his stuff and cares about the work and is a stellar craftsmanship. He’s great at troubleshooting, knows how to get things done correctly and quickly. His expertise in installing the tub and finishing the surround was clean and professional, down to the last detail! I trusted him and knew my house was in good hands. I feel lucky Marc Ridder ended up doing the work.

On time, courteous, and professional. They walked through the entire install up front, then completed the work, and finished by walking me through the finished work/operating instructions. Left the workspace in better shape than when they arrived.

Mark Gosser and his apprentice, Brandon, did an AMAZING job. We had a water heater issue and they identified the root problem quickly, presented the options, and then fixed the problem efficiently. There was great communication, they were very friendly, and I will trust them with my future business

It was a Big job of quite a few not huge things, but added up it took all day and he did not even get lunch. My phone was dropping calls, but the service person Lisa worked either me through text and I was able to get scheduled right away. Lisa was very polite and understanding. I was a very happy to find out they would come to the other side of Cincinnati to complete work.

When Dre arrived for the appointment, I didn’t answer the doorbell. I honestly didn’t hear it, but he made a point of calling me and was able to still make the appointment happen. Very much appreciative of his diligence.

I was happy to receive quotes that came in below my general handyman. Better yet, Dre was able to complete the services the same day. not all providers will ask, but before leaving, we reviewed the work.

We have been using Neyer Plumbing at my place of employment for many of our projects, and they always do a fantastic job. Mike and Mark always explain everything in great detail and give fast and fair quotes.

Our technician, Mark, was excellent. He explained everything very well, was very thorough and friendly. He replaced our kitchen and bathroom faucets, did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. He also made sure our water pressure was good. We are very happy and grateful. Will definitely use them again. Great job Mark! Thank you!!

Dre came in looked at the situation and came up with a resolution that I was happy with and gave me a quote for the repairs that was a little high in my opinion but everything has gone up in costs lately so I assume it was reasonable. I’m just thankful my leak is fixed, faucet replaced and the pipe secured. Dre was very professional in his work and listened to my concerns.

We chose them because they have no trench sewer line capability but being honest they did not try to sell us something we didn’t need instead our problem was solved by the least expensive procedure (auguring the toilet) that needed to be done. Awesome! I will be calling them for further projects in the near future.

First let me say I have used Ken Neyer plumbing multiple times in the past and have always had good experience. My appointment was for 800 to 900 am. I received a text at 715 which said my technician was on his way. I waited and after 900 am I received a phone call to tell me my technician would now be arriving at between 930 1000 am. He showed up at 1000 and checked out the issue which required one y joint and 2 small pvc connectors. A very quick and easy repair. He quoted me $445 for the repair which was quite shocking. I questioned it and he immediately adjusted the price to $295 without an explanation. The technician only had one connector and had to go to home Depot for the part. Home Depot was about 10 mins away. The job was completed at 1230 pm. After he left I found the floor covered in sewage water from the repair (the repair was on a waste pump piping system). Overall the time, price and mess was not a good experience.

I called Ken Neyer Plumbing after another company had pushed us off multiple days/even weeks. They came within the hour, communicated well with us about what the options were and we had a working toilet that evening. Everyone was exceptional. I will highly recommend them to all my friends.

From the first phone call to Lisa in the office until the end of our plumbing project this company handled themselves with complete professionalism and were up front. Dre was the first plumber to assess our job and he was pleasant and friendly. He called his manager Mike to come out and they were able to come up with a solid plan for our difficult issue of running gas lines to two fireplaces. Dre and Doug came out today and were able to complete the job with complete success. All through the process, they explained what they were doing and were careful and meticulous. Highly recommend this company!!!

Neyer Plumbing, and specifically Doug our technician were awesome to work with. They were able to quickly diagnose an issue causing water hammer in our primary bathroom, and gave us a transparent quote to address this as well as replace our laundry tub which required some re-working of our water pipes. They were professional from start to finish.

Wayne, Jake, Dame and all other Ken Neyer employees involved with our sewer line work were tremendous throughout the whole process.

They were extremely accommodating and communicative while performing all work involved even with internal excavation/intrusion work that was needed.

They minimized any water/facility interruption while performing their work, were very clear about each step, and explained what to expect along the way - all while being affordable.

Lastly, they kept everything clean and contained for the few days of work needed which just further shows their level of excellent service.
