First plumber inaccurately diagnosed issue, when scheduled, a plumber from their team pointed this out and made alternate recommendation. That was scheduled, no one showed, no one called. Worst experience ever with any contractor! Run away!

I didn’t use the business, however I did witness one of them driving recklessly almost tipping the truck around 3pm on Colerain Avenue today. He was going well over the marked speed limit, weaving in and out of traffic. Very dangerous especially with pedestrians near by. He could have lost control and caused a bad accident, or worse killed someone. That’s not exactly how I would want to represent my business.

I had a bad experience with this company. They are money hungry. They charge a lot for doing nothing. Rude customer services. If there was a zero star I will give it to them. I will never recommend them for your your future plumbing services.

This company came out to look at what we requested told us they would provide quote to us in 1-2 days never heard back. Called 2 or 3 times no apologies keep telling me they will call back and send the info. 2 weeks later still no response. Terrible experience for someone who is trying to do business with you guys. The least you guys could have done was not waste my time by telling me you will have the info for me and will call back.

We called for the first time using this company. If I could give zero stars I would. I would not recommend this company.
Our sump pump was not working. Someone came out. They installed a new sump pump. I asked before they installed the price. I was told he didn’t know they would send a bill. I asked if he was going to try it to make sure the new one was working. He said no it was new. I asked about having a pipe replaced and he took pictures to get back with me on an estimate I never received nor do I want at this point.
I got the bill and it was close to 500.00. I called the company several times. Each time promising to call me back and didn’t. I was given an excuse they are going through a remodel and things are a mess. I’m going to check the pump before I pay. I would get an estimate in writing from these people if you use them. 500 sump pump and service call seems extreme. Customer service was terrible.
