Moscarino redesigned and installed new front landscaping at Devon Oaks Assisted Living and I could not be happier with the results.

The crew is efficient, professional and tidy. They removed all debris from the property before installing new plants and shrubs, they ensured I was pleased before leaving on the final day and were a pleasure to work with through the entire process.

Snow removal in my apartment complex is a joke. This gets worse every year and my leasing office states they cannot get them and do it even after 3 days

Moscarino has done a phenomenal job this year with our lanscaping needs! They always show up on the agreed upon days and have done a thorough job with all landscaping needs. They've also done an amazing job with our fall clean up which is quite an undertaking as our property is covered by trees.

We have been wanting to redesign the front of our neighborhood landscaping for a few years. We finally found not just a landscaper, but a design company, that could help us accomplish our goals. The communication throughout was amazing and we were presented with several ideas before deciding. Start date was provided and the crew was there on time, and the job was completed quickly and beautifully. Terry followed up with us, and walked us through future growth and maintenance plans to keep the area looking amazing moving forward. We are already planning our next project with Moscarino!

We used Moscarino Landscape about 4 years ago and were not pleased with them at all. A representative approached me last year and we discussed all the changes they have gone through and we decided to give them another try. I'm glad we did... I've managed the same multifamily property for 14 years and have had rather poor experiences with all the landscaping companies we've used. Moscarino has truly upped their game to a 5-star rating. I am actually able to contact my representative as needed and he is extremely responsive to our needs. There have been a few glitches in the workmanship of their crew(s), but items were corrected in a timely fashion. Our property has not looked this presentable in 14 years, backed up with comments from both residents and vendors. They try to send out the same crew each week and attempt to come the same day (weather permitting). We are already contracted for the 2025 season and I look forward to another great year. I had Moscarino replace my front steps and I am beyond pleased with the work and the staff. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves daily!

We hired Moscarino Landscape to install playground sail shades. They were professional and the work was impeccable. They met the deadline that they promised and had great communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend their services.

Our HOA has used Moscarino for several years and each year, the service seems to just get worse and worse. This year past year has been the worst yet. Fall cleanup was ignored until multiple calls from the HOA and property management company were made. And snow clean-up from the recent winter storm was ridiculous. After not making a single appearance all day Saturday, multiple calls had to be made on Sunday. Residents of my street shoveled the STREET themselves to get a neighbor out and if there had been an emergency, I'm not sure how paramedics/fire would have gotten in. It was so bad that a CITY PLOW got stuck trying to help us. When Moscarino finally did come (well after 2 p.m.), they cut a single lane through the street, burying in most of the driveways with an additional 6 feet of wet, heavy snow. We have a huge common area in the center of our circle, but rather than pile snow there, they pushed it up onto the sidewalks, making getting to the bus stop dangerous for the kids. I wouldn't hire this company is they were the last landscape business on Earth. Hope our HOA cancels their contract.

My wife and I had been wanting to replace our backyard patio and landscape for years. It was a pretty significant project for us since we wanted to replace our old paver patio and walk way, and we wanted mature evergreens to provide some aesthetically pleasing privacy. Also, we were concerned about water drainage and the amount of available sunlight in our landscape design. We wanted a contractor that had large landscape project capability and design services. After a number of meetings with Moscarino designer (Ryan), a plan was developed which included the selection of patio and landscape materials. Additionally, we were able to utilize some exiting plants and materials in our design. We broke the project down into two phases so that we didn’t have to do it all at once. This gave us time to budget as well as time for us to firm up what we wanted to see in our backyard landscape.

The patio was completed last year and the landscape was done this year. Together our yard is really looking great. Whether we are outside on our patio or inside the house looking out, we finally have a view of something nice to look at. We appreciated Ryan’s input and patience during the design, and the flexibility to make changes as the work progressed. The patio crew (Kevin, Chris, Gilberto and Daniel) worked hard and took care in making sure they addressed our concerns. The landscape crew (headed up by Jared) consulted with us often to make sure we were pleased and offered suggestions on alternative plant locations. We could tell that the Moscarino personnel took pride in their work, and it shows.

Moscarino recently "cleaned up" the wooded walking path in the back of Devon Oaks Assisted Living. The result was way beyond my expectations. Awesome work. Highly recommended.

I would think twice before hiring Moscarino Landscape! We have contracted them take care of our development landscaping for years now and although they did a pretty good job years ago they are slipping badly in there services as of late, in the last year and a half our yards have never looked worse, We've had to deal with grubs, weeds and crab grass all year long, and don't even get me started with the complaints last winter with snow clean up. for the last few week we've been getting promises to get our fall cleanup done and now it is 4 days before Christmas and the front of our development and yards look so bad and neglected. (See photos attached) we have had nothing but nice weather for the last month and there is no excuse for this work not to be completed on top the constant lies that someone will be out tomorrow to get it cleaned up. I would tread lightly going into a contract with Moscarino.......hopefully they will Clean up there own act!

The crew from this company that services the apartment complex I live in is unprofessional.
I was standing outside with my boyfriend and an exterminator, who was spraying around my apartment for wasps, and one of the landscaping crew members drove past us on a lawn mower and sprayed us with grass. I had grass all down my back and in my hair because I was quick enough to turn around, or I would have been sprayed in the face. My boyfriend was turned sideways and had grass all down his side. The exterminator was lucky enough to not get grass all over him. The guy on the lawnmower had a yellow-rimmed baseball cap with a black jacket and hood pulled up over his head, had sunglasses on, and navy work pants. He saw all three of us standing on the stoop of the apartment as he rode up beside the sidewalk and stoop. After he sprayed us with grass clippings he took off to the other side of the building and did not say one word- not even a quick apology.
The grass was so tall and had been neglected for weeks. The landlord said they would be out a week earlier than they were. They do not edge the sidewalk so the landscaping looks messy and unkempt. They come around with leaf blowers when they are done cutting grass and blow grass clippings all over the patios and mulch beds. They do not clean up the grass clippings from the lawn area when they mow. The grass clippings are laying around in clumps in the grassy area.
I have had to sweep up after them so many times that I feel like I should earn a paycheck from the company. Before they came out to cut the grass for the first time this season, they raked out some of the other tenants' mulch beds but neglected many of the others including mine and my neighbors'. When they put new mulch down they spray it on top of old rotting mulch that was already piled up from before. I had to rake out the mulch bed myself because there was a mountain of mulch piled up.
In the fall, they came around with leaf blowers and missed a lot of the leaves around my apartment. They piled up mountains of leaves around the complex and left the piles there for at least a month before they came around and cleaned them up.
I understand that maybe the company is overloaded with other jobs and things they have to get done before the end of the day, but being careless and not completely finishing a job is ridiculous. If the company is being paid by the property to do a job they should completely finish the job in a way that makes the property look at least half decent. The landscaping really makes the place look worse than it is. A lot of the jobs they start around here end up incomplete and looks terrible.

Horrible at plowing snow and following the community's HOA contract. They are suppose to plow at the 2 inches per contract, that doesn't happen. I've had to call the HOA property management to get them to come out, when there was approx 7 inches on the streets. They are supposed to salt, I've yet seen a plow truck come through the neighborhood with a salt spreader on the teuck. They overcharge on contracts up front and don't provide the services they are contracted for. If you're the business owner and read the reviews please do a better job plowing the walnut ridge community in Sheffield. You will be replaced once the community takes over the HOA from the developer if things don't change for the better.

After years of planning and an internet search, I contacted Moscarino Landscape to do a major front porch, flower bed and concrete driveway hardscape project. I was greeted by kind personnel and a great representative to walk me through the project. The entire team, including those who accomplished all the hard labor, was seamless. The outcome was even better than expected.

We hired Moscarino after hearing of their landscaping through word-of-mouth. We can’t be happier with the transformation of our back patio. It is highly visible from every room on the first floor so we wanted it to be high quality and not a “mistake” once it was all done… so we went with professionals.

The entire Moscarino team was truly a delight to work with. Ryan Delia was our designer and primary contact throughout the process. Ryan brought us in and helped my wife and I design a backyard retreat that is the envy of our entire neighborhood. We wanted something unique and Ryan and the team delivered.

Ryan was able to recommend a unique design, beautiful new stone tiles, and a unique stone outline for our patio. In addition, the Moscarino team worked with Mason steel to create a custom gas grate for our firepit which has optimal output that will keep you warm even in these cold Ohio winters.

Our patio is now somewhere we try to enjoy each and every night. Cannot thank Ryan and Moscarino enough for an amazing space and experience.

I have repeatedly asked Moscarino who does landscaping for our community of 25 homes, to not blow the leaves into our lake in the fall. It falls on deaf ears because, I assume, it is easier than hauling them away as our contract calls for. This has become quite an issue for us. We are very frustrated as they keep telling us they will talk to their crew. This has gone on for the last three years that I am aware of. I do not recommend them.

We engaged Moscarino to design and build our paver patio and sidewalk, install a porcelain tile surface on the floor of our covered porch, design and install a landscape lighting system that includes over 60 landscape lighting fixtures, create a landscape design and then plant over 300 plants, shrubs and trees at our residence. We worked closely with Brain W. during all phases of the project. He put his ideas into an overall hardscape and landscape design and very patiently worked with us to make a few revisions before we settled on the final design. Brian’s ability to capture our hardscape and landscape needs including his knowledge of plant materials exceeded our expectations. In addition, Kevin and the Moscarino operations crew ultimately handled the installation and planting. All aspects of the project were handled properly and everyone was respectful, courteous and professional. We are extremely happy with everything that Moscarino did and would highly recommend them.

We have a community contract with this company, yet they have subcontracted work out that was never done.They mow in the rain and destroy grass beds. Multiple reports on that and no response. Double and triple billed for work. We can prove work charged was not done from property cameras. This happened with the snow contract a year ago when they admitted to overcharging $4000! Now they will not answer calls or letters to them, yet they threaten to put liens on the property for checks they lost or haven’t cashed. At least ten phone calls and a letter have went out to them over the past month with zero response. They failed to show for snow and ice events and refuse to answer the phone. This is a blatant breach of contract and we want free of their deceptive practices and false charges. Stay FAR away from this company.

I had Moscarino design and build my paver patio. I worked with Brian, a very nice and easy going person. He put ideas into design and patiently worked with us to make a few revisions of it before we settled into the final one that we really liked. During the construction period, he was communicative and kept us updated. The people and the foreman worked on the project were great too. I can not say enough of them. At the end the patio turned out to be what we expected. A beautiful patio. There was an issue in lawn repair. They came back and fixed it. I am very happy with overall project execution and outcome. I would absolutely recommend Moscarino and Brian for any landscaping project.
