We recently had to reach out to Brian and his company for an emergency at our house. Brian was reasonably priced, courteous, quick, and helpful when we needed him the most. Not only did he help us with what we needed, but he even made sure to clean up the mud left in the road when he was finished. I couldn't recomend a better company.

Here it is in plain English. There isn't much profit for a Landscaping company when it comes to cutting grass. So Brian says "Ok, I'll give you the grass cutting basically for free."
That way he gets his foot in the door for all your other services like snow plowing, mulching, fertilizing, etc etc. This is precisely why he hires kids that are clueless, and why he cuts huge corner lots for incredibly cheap. Ever notice how his grass crews fly as fast as they possibly can, and are in and out in ten minutes? It's because Brian isn't making anything on the grass. He just wants everything else you have to offer. Its as simple as that. So next time you see 3 kids jump out of the truck like they all just drank 5 cups of coffee, just to spend 10 minutes flat on your property.. This is why. Good work takes time folks. This is not in Brian Palmer's vocabulary. Under bidding everyone in the grass industry to creat an incentive for all other services is. ....Your Welcome

We are very happy with the services we received from Palmer’s Landscaping. We contracted with them to develop a landscape design for our back yard, install a paver patio and reseed both the front and back lawns. We had other estimates but Brian impressed us with both his expertise in landscape design and knowledge of plants which was clearly evident from the first time we met. Brian was great to work with as together we came up with a final plan. We made some changes throughout the process and he was awesome with the way he handled all of our concerns. The crew of Brad, Keith, Tyson and Ryan were all very friendly and did a great job completing the project efficiently and according to plan.
We would highly recommend contacting Palmer’s for any of your landscaping needs.

Kyle is a very detail oriented person! Had him come over to plant multiple plants and when some of them didn’t make it due to the heat, his warranty covered them and he had no problem coming back out to replace them. Definitely a 5 star plant technician! Highly recommend!!

We had difficulties with multiple contractors before contacting Chas and Moscarino Landscaping. He immediately put Ryan their designer on the job. Within a week we had a beautiful design that we made a few small changes to. The crew worked through multiple weather conditions and were able to complete new stairs, patio, walkway and over 30 tons on boulders in our yard. We anxiously await planting and finishing touches this spring but love everything they’ve done. Highly recommended

Outstanding service! The Moscarino team did a great job with our landscaping and the work they did on my outdoor living space was great. The service team was professional, worked hard, and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up everything after the project and left us with a beautiful outdoor living space. Absolutely blown away! We worked with Brian Feathers to troubleshoot over what a previous contractor failed at and the mess the previous left us with. It was not a straightforward standard project. We had many companies say it was too much to try to correct and wasn't worth the extra time and risk. HOWEVER, Brian at moscarino never gave up on us. He took so much time and research to help us out. He knew we were nervous and contractor "jaded" because of our recent previous experience and he was patient, polite, professional, knowledgeable and very understanding towards all of our questions and hesitations. His raised landscape design with Versa-Lok retaining wall and drainage around our patio turned out beautiful! Elias and the crew were the BEST laborers we have ever had experience with. They worked sun up, sun down and didn't waste time. The crew worked very well together and their attention to detail could not be missed. They make sure every step and every piece of the project is top notch before proceeding. The final result showed this! After the project was done, they took the time to clean up our property and even washed and dried our driveway to remove any mud, dirt or debris from the equipment traffic. Seriously could not have expected more. We are very blessed to have found such a great team of true professionals to help us come back from our previous contractor nightmare. Moscarino, Brian, Elias and crew are 10 stars!

I have had to say multiple times leave my patio mulch area alone, don’t weed whack the clover (shouldn’t be doing that anyways bc it throws mulch everywhere and out of the garden bed) and to not spray chemicals on the mulch beds ( I have veggies growing that I don’t want sprayed and I like the rabbits eating the clover chemical free ). I weed by hand my area so no need to touch anything besides the grass yet they don’t listen I have to say stop every few days!

I've been shopping for hardscapes and soft landscapes for 2 years, Brian W. from Moscarino is the first to design us something practical and unique. Great listener, better designer. Definitely ask for Brian W. Will add photos when done.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! From beginning to end, this couldn't have been a more delightful experience. Our outdoor project was huge, and took a little more than two months to complete. Our designer, Ryan, was super--it was like he could read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted and how to accomplish it.
Kevin's team of foreman Chris, and his helpers Nelson, and his brother (forgive me for forgetting his name!) was by far THE most professional group of guys to ever have worked at my home. They were here on time every day, worked long hours in the brutal heat of summer, and cleaned up the work site so well every single day....I can't thank them enough for their hard work and for being so respectful of my home. Even though the project is finished, I do miss their smiling faces and the conversations we shared daily. We love our new beautiful backyard living space. It looks like it has always been a part of our home. Thank you, Moscarino Outdoor Creations! You have made me very happy! It was an absolute pleasure to work with you.

Moscarino Landscape + Design was excellent on all counts! They were incredibly helpful when discussing our landscaping needs! They listened to us and gave great suggestions. They competed the job on time and left our yard looking beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone who wants landscaping services of any kind! They are honest and excellent at what they do! I had these guys out late last December to remove old beds and grade backyard in preparation for a fence. They were extremely polite, timely, and competitively priced. We liked our experience so much we used them again for a spring project that turned out great! I worked with Dan from the office first who was nice and answered all my questions. Then, I got to work with Dan, my project manager who was spectacular. He was informative and extremely accommodating. His 2 man crew of Jared and Ray worked their tails off. Jared was real thorough and made sure everything was the way we wanted it throughout the whole process. I'm definitely picky and wanted things a particular way and not once did the crew seem annoyed but seemed to truly care about customer satisfaction. Thanks to the whole team! I will definitely use them again for future projects!

AIY Properties Inc. has used Moscarino Landscaping for many years at Timber Top Apartments and about 15 other apartment communities in the Northeast Ohio area. They have done a Great job for us and if there ever is an issue they are right there to correct the issue and make things right with us. I always have believed that it is the service after the sale, and they absolutely deliver for us. They have uniformed professional associates who show up to do the work and their account Reps are Excellent at their communication to us. I could not recommend them more.
