Constraction reviews in Columbus, Ohio

KA Menendian has once again provided exceptional service! A few years ago, I entrusted them with restoring and cleaning priceless family heirloom rugs. This time, I purchased four beautiful area rugs for my new business. The staff were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the selection process, and Joe and Zach were friendly and accommodating during the delivery. I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of the rugs!

Joe and Mor were fantastic! They were very professional and made sure everything was perfect!!

Joe and Douda did a wonderful job installing my new area rug. Joe’s eye for details and Douda’s strength made this experience a great one for me. 😊 I am one satisfied customer! I also enjoyed working with Ben. He was a great help while choosing the perfect rug for me.

We had the pleasure of meeting Joe and AB yesterday.
They delivered our new floor coverings.
Their professionalism and care were unmatched.
They worked very hard to include us in the placement.
Their work and dedication were a huge plus for us !

Joe and Douda did excellent work. They were very patient with me as I determined placement of new rug in my room with existing furniture and moved the rug as needed. I am very pleased with the service. Many thanks.

Today don and Ian delivered my very clean rug. The rug looks beautiful . The guys were very nice and handled my rug and furniture with care.

Mor and Joe are the best installers! Amazing attention to detail! Very professional!

We had such a great experience with KA Menendian, from the minute we walked in. Joe was extremely helpful when we came in, giving us helpful pointers to navigate the showroom, and guided us to a starting point. (There are SO MANY options.) He was incredibly patient through the whole process, and encouraged us to take our time and take samples to look at in our space. He educated us on the different kinds of rugs, their origin and what to expect. After spending time with Joe, every other rug we looked at from other stores just didn't compare and made our decision pretty easy. We loved our experience and wish we had more rooms to buy rugs for. Highly recommend KA Menendian. We love supporting local too!

As usual everyone at K.A. Menendian Rug and Carpet Gallery,
Especially Chris, Jowda (sp?) and Joe were spectacular to work with on our continuing project. Our historical home in Dublin, presents challenges when finding rugs which are not only beautiful, but accurate for our spaces. Until
next time- thank you!!

Joe and Douda were absolutely awesome!!!
The process went faster and smoother than I could have imagine. Thank you!!!

We had a KA Menendian rug delivery today and it was stellar quality - both the rug and the delivery service. Joe and Douda measured all around the room several times to ensure the rug placement was perfect. They replaced the furniture back in the room making sure it was just where we wanted it. They were very courteous and professional. Thank you, Joe and Douda.

Everything from beginning to end was about as good as it gets
Joe and Mer were fantastic as was our sales rep Ben 👍👍👍

The delivery men, Joe and AB, brought our three new area rugs today. They were on time, very professional and careful with our furniture and accessories. They were very warm, friendly and hard working men. We are very happy their attention to detail and professionalism.

Joe and Doud arrived on time, were professional, polite and even rolled and tied up my old rug for me. Careful attention was made to position the rug exactly where I wanted it based on the pattern and design. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them!

I really appreciate the amazing service from K.A. Menendian as they are so welcoming the moment you walk in the door. They have a huge array of product offerings and highly recommend using them for your rug and flooring needs!

Picking out the perfect rugs was easy and fun, and Joe and Mor made it a real pleasure. Delivery and placement was perfect. We love our choices!

Joe provided an amazing sales experience from purchase to delivery. Mor was very helpful during the delivery process which completed a five star experience.

Mendians selection and customer service is outstanding. Joe and Mor delivered our rug, moved and replaced all the furniture with the utmost care.
Great Job as always 👏

Fabulous experience with K.A. Menendian rugs. From the showroom/selection process with Ben to the install with Mor and Joe. Will definitely use them again for additional flooring needs.

Mor and Joe delivered our new rug and they couldn’t have more efficient and friendly. They placed the rug and measured all sides to be certain it was placed evenly in the space. Very impressed with the service!
