They fixed my bad DIY grouting. Here is the “before & after”. These photos don’t do justice to the amazing improvement.

Backstory: I DIYed my grout and messed up my first batch, resulting in EXTREMELY overfilled grout lines. 2 other contractors told me it was impossible to fix, but Best Tile Shine said they help. They came out the next day and completely fixed the grout in one day.

I am so thankful they were able to remedy my DIY mistake and save my project!

Joe managed every aspect of the insurance claim for me, taking pictures, etc, and following up with the insurance company when they wanted to try to mismatch our shingles versus totally replacing. Joe showed them why they needed to replace it. Great work too.

I was directed to this company by Angi's list for a siding repair. When the salesman came all he wanted me to do was to get my insurance on the phone so he could tell them to pay for my siding. He hadn't even looked at the damage which was on the 2nd story. When I told him I didn't know anything about the company OR their products he basically said they'd been in busy for 12 years but continued the push to call the insurance. He never offered to show me siding products. He just said he'd take pictures and send an estimate. He was here for less than 30 minutes. Why would I hire anyone without seeing their products? Sad.

I never knew about the importance of having of a quality and roof up to code until recently. The people of high-mark roofing CO. Guided me step by step on a getting a roof replacement for home. As i was obvious to how bad the conditions were on my roof LH did a top notch inspection. Patiently, he explained why the roof was in bad shape, in addition amounts of damage on the roof the naked eye couldn’t see looking from the ground up. OF course the insurance company wasn’t cooperating at all. LH FOUGHT tooth and nail with the insurance company to get the exact amount needed to get the roof replacement. The patience, dedication the company and their employees have with customers who may be unaware of how to start a replacement process is what sold me. I recommend doing buisness with HIgh-Mark.
