On a Sunday in October (it’s still so hot) our AC went out. I placed a claim before 9 AM and in less than eight hours my AC was back up and running. Within 10 minutes, I received texts and emails acknowledging the receipt of the claim and making me feel extremely important. They set proper expectations with it being a Sunday, but said they love challenges and would do their best to take care of our issue with an unseasonable 85° day. My AC was back up and running by 4 PM with incredible service from their provider that they work with. In 2025, I am truly blown away by the communication, attention to detail and level of service that I received today. I cannot recommend them and their team enough!!

Unbelievable customer service. REALTORS - you need to use HSP Home Warranty. This company is not like the others. My clients moved into their home and found the refrigerator was not cooling. HSP Home Warranty had a technician out the next day (on a holiday weekend) and it was fixed within three hours. With other companies, I have waited weeks to have someone come out to my house! The customer service rep was local to Columbus and real (LOVELY) person! She cared about my clients and did what she could to expedite the service. THANK YOU THANK! I will NEVER use another home warranty company again.

We purchased our HSP warranty just a few months ago and just used it for the first time. We had a toilet leak and I called the number for HSP and it was answered within a few rings and I was told there would be a plumber here the next day. Actually premier Plumbing showed up the same day just to check out things to make sure we were okay until the next day. The next day they came and installed a new commode the experience was wonderful to deal with us compared to insurance companies in the past. No hassle no paperwork just great people and good service. I would highly recommend this HSP insurance for homeowners

HSP Home Warranty company is the best. They came out to do the yearly inspection on my air conditioner last summer. They found a capacitor that was bad they replaced it. I paid the $50 deductible. He also found a dead mouse in the unit and respectfully removed the mouse and disposed of it without making a big deal about it. If you ask me, this was well beyond what they were hired to do

Up until this point I never believed that warranties were necessary or even helpful because all I’ve ever experienced is denied claims and a horrible customer service. HSP home warranty completely changed that for me. Their terms are super clear so I know what is covered and I’ve never had a claim denied that that was within the policy terms. Their customer service is top-notch and it truly feels like the team knows and cares about you like a friend not just an employee on the other side of the phone. The service from the contractors is also amazing! It seems like they only work with small businesses as well, which is awesome because local business supporting local business is great and it means that we’ve never had a bad contractor handle our claims. If you’ve been burned like me before, but want to have an extra piece of mind with your home ownership journey, I couldn’t recommend HSP home warranty more!
