Constraction reviews in Columbus, Ohio

Maxima fixed our driveway, did a side door step out from our garage, and put in a new patio for us. Their work is outstanding. The crew they used were very nice & respectful. From the consultation to the finished projected they put our worries to rest and delivered a great outcome. I would use them again and recommend them if anyone asks. My neighbors were impressed enough after seeing our patio to have a quote done too.

Very professional and quality work. Easy to work them for any of the schedule or issue. All of the issues were sorted out very quickly during the warranty period.

Hired Maxima in the fall of 2021 to do a drain at the end of my driveway. Since plumbing was involved, there was a lot of timing and scheduling that had to take place. Maxima worked with us and were flexible and most of all fast.

Not sure what mix of concrete they use, but it looks and feels very premium and you can tell they know what they're doing. From demo to pour to finish, I can't recommend them enough.

With how difficult it is to find a concrete contractor who's available to help these days, I am grateful Maxima was available. Definitely go with them for any concrete projects you may have.

We replaced a sidewalk and a patio and had a second patio poured. The work was efficiently and beautifully done. We are very happy with the results. The work crews were professional and respectful. We would recommend Maxima Concrete for all concrete work. Thanks Maxima for a great experience.

Maxima did a superb job for us. Communication was clear from start to finish.

They removed slate tiles from the porch and a concrete sidewalk, replacing it with perfectly placed pavers that naturally fit with the exterior aesthetic.

We had new windows installed in our church Narthex area. Nice job and clean up was done professionally.

Allan is responsive and knowledgeable, his interaction with customers are 2nd to none. I have used him on multiple projects and will continue to use him!

Allan Gardner and all his associates were very professional and extremely competent in completing the building projects that I was involved with Gardner & Co. as an Ohio Registered Design Professional

Very dedicated to the customers and work. Always looking forward to customer satisfaction. They were hard working people with very good management. We decided to convert the basement of the building into student field. They offered the best price, the cost of the project was higher from different companies for the same quality of the work. They finished on time.

Our complex building remodeling project had a very tight timeline and Allan coordinated and managed the entire project. It was completed within budget and met the timeline. The result has been very functional and valuable to us. Allan was very responsive in communications with us. He is a man of character!

Great job! We received Alan Gardner's company as a recommendation for attic improvement. He was a patient listener with practical and helpful suggestions geared towards our needs. He was very flexible with schedule. He also was very willing to work within our budget. and helped us to work out the best cost for our ideas ( window changes, plumbing, etc. ). Overall good prices. He even identified an exposed spot on our chimney we did not know about and quickly juggled resources to repair it. Would definitely hire them again!

I had the pleasure of working with Allan Gardner of Gardner & Co. who managed a tenant improvement for a charter school at a property where I was a part owner. The project had a very aggressive schedule – all of the work had to be done during the summer while school was out. Allan worked hard to get this done so that school could start on schedule. Allan is resourceful, knowledgeable, honest and hard-working. I highly recommend you consider him for your project.

Cannot say enough good things about Allan and his teams - truly the "impossible to get" triangle of great communication, great value, and high quality, timely work. Allan has done a couple projects for me, and is number one on my list to contact. Most recently(2022) he replaced all windows and metal wrapped the outside in a 100+ year old house, and got them much faster, same quality as a Pella. On a previous project(2021), I had ordered windows on my own, and did not want to wait 8 to 9 months to have them installed. Allan was very flexible and helped me get those windows installed.

I have referred him to my closest friends who have wanted additions/seasonal rooms. Truly an honest and high quality company - I would give them the keys to my personal house and head out on vacation!

Over the last 3 years I have hired Allan for several major home improvement projects: installing a new roof, replacing windows, and pouring a new sidewalk and patio. From start to finish, Allan demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and dedication to quality.

The new roof looks fantastic and has significantly improved the overall appearance and integrity of my home. Allan and his team were meticulous in their work, ensuring that every shingle was perfectly placed and that the job was completed on time.

The replacement windows have made a noticeable difference in both energy efficiency and aesthetics. Allan provided great recommendations on the best types of windows for my needs, and the installation was quick and flawless.

The new concrete sidewalk and patio are perfect. Allan’s team had great attention to detail in the pour and finish, resulting in a smooth, even surface that has greatly enhanced our outdoor space.

Throughout the entire process, Allan was communicative, reliable, and always willing to address any questions or concerns. His expertise and commitment to high standards are evident in the quality of his work. I highly recommend Allan for any home improvement project, and I will definitely be calling him again for future projects.

I would not hire this person to do any work

He did a great job painting my room

Hired Jarrett’s Home Improvement to complete my finished basement. He didn’t complete the job, caused damage to my property, refused to fix damages or complete the job. # Incompetence

Thanks for fixing all my plumbing problems and making my bathrooms like they why I wanted them to look. 3 persons a charm 🎉 no more leaks

I can’t say enough great things about Jarrett’s Home Improvements & Maintenance Services! Jarrett was polite, friendly, and incredibly professional from start to finish. He installed two ceiling fans and a light fixture quickly and with precision. After dealing with several failed attempts from other electricians, Jarrett was truly heaven sent. Reliable, efficient, and trustworthy—I’ll definitely be hiring him again for future projects. Highly recommended!
